One&Only Royal Mirage

I wanted to go back as soon as i left there. They just make you feel like ure at home..!!! It's one of my best experience in Dubai. Why is trip.com constantly deleting my photos of the hotel

Superb resort. Located nicely, interior is lovely, rooms sizable, staff friendly. Could not have asked for better

酒店很漂亮，有獨自的沙灘！就是外出晚飯回來的路上，被巴鐵兄弟坑了，收了我們接近20倍的車費，發給酒店要求報忙報警，酒店答應的很好，然後沒有任何迴音了……另外我發現，各種酒店，早餐，門票，套餐到了當地去定，都比在攜程上訂便宜很多，大家一定要擦亮眼睛啊！

美中不足： 1）酒店安排的PCR檢測，一家五口分2次檢查，發現收費差別巨大，才明白被安排2家不同單位，其中一家多收我們費用，酒店認真跟蹤處理，第二天順利現金退款。 2）順利住滿3晚後，第一次續住攜程給順利協調，第二次續住時，酒店以旺季為由不給協議價，攜程多次溝通，即使和酒店提出他們安排的PCR測試機構欺騙行為亂收費，酒店應該承擔責任，並配合客人原價續住，歷時4個小時該酒店就是不care客人的感受。我果斷退房，去另一家酒店定了豪華套房便宜好幾倍，小朋友們都説比only好多了。值班經理反覆説下次幫忙安排更好，我很坦率的回覆道：這次都不能處理好，下次我還能指望啥？ 3）後會無期

Magnifique sublime !!!!! En couple c’est féerique

Extremely underwhelmed. This is likely the last time I will trust One and Only. They have a great chapter one (as in roses for my wife, etc) but after that they are just flat insulting. We stayed on gold floor level - just arrived from Maldives and wanted to grab a coke from the lounge and was refused access. Said I could not go dressed they way I was - shorts and a Lululemon button down, Ecco shoes….about a $400 USD outfit….said I needed to have trousers,…(.in the 110F degree heat). said this is for all resort restaurants dinner…..I say fine, I have some in my bag and will bring some down for dinner, however my kids traveling with us they only brought a single pair as we just can from the islands. They say they will ask the hotel if I can barrow some clothes. I clarify that I have clothes and my kids only have one pair, of which they asked me three more times for my size. Okay, they do not listen. I clarify again and tell them they are being disrespectful. Go up to the room, I will set my view of what looks dated, crowded/cluttered and someone’s poor attempt to look like Donald Trump decorated the place and find that returning from dinner that they did not do a turn down service. My wife calls down and they tell her that we had refused the turn down service. We were not even in the room…..WOW…….! This is just sad… This was not a mistake…it was a lie…..They send someone up, and they did a half ass job leaving dirty dishes from the welcome snack. I have 4 more nights…..they have a lot of making up to do…. I have been to the Middle East…..even by what you get in Saudi theses guys have a long way to go….. Next morning wake up and my daughter tells me that someone in the hotel attempted to follow her unlisted instagram…..(got her name from our passports at checkin)….Ever hear of asking? Let me. Ask, does any one go on vacation for the enjoyment of the hotel staff. I get some dinner places are formal…..this is a so called resort…..really need to pull their heads out….. first time ever that I arrived some place and asked what the refund policy was….. seriously this is a no go…. The hotel's beach is not really worth the swim. Look is a bit industrial when you look out. For the most part, kept taking taxi's to Downtown. (Should have stayed there). Hot Tip - Download "Careem" on your Droid/Apple -- Ultra Fast inexpensive Taxi service that is all over the City and have Vans for larger parties (Says 5 but holds 7 + driver). Hotel pricing was 10x cab pricing.....and when you come back...you still need to take a cab....LAME! Asked the Gold floor concierge service to book us dinner at the Atmosphere at the Berg Khalifa, but they said it was booked up till after we leave. Called 5 minutes later my self and booked the table done....What are they good for? Same story with Other attractions my wife wanted to visit. Could get done in the Lobby (regular concierge), but the gold floor folk were a total no go.... Ask them to book a car to Abu Dhabi -- Quoed by Wife $6
