The room was missing towels And this was the second time I stay at that hotel renting the room with missing towels. Called 10 times to get towels and finally reached someone after 2 hours

The room is too small but I like the soft and comfortable mattress. But the smell of cigarettes I do not like.

WORST HOTEL IN DUBAI!!! Never book this hotel as the rooms are so filfty and awful . Linens are with stains, bathtoom is disgusting and the room is very dusty when we check in. When we decided to check out and not to stay .the receptionist said that we wont be charge for it but upon following up with the refund the reservation refused . So this hotel is a big SCAMMER.
