Very bad facilities. I booked 2 queen beds but one of them broken. I contacted the customer service but there was no initiative to change room and only kept me waiting for the answer. Call multiple times but no answer given. I have to sleep on a broken bed and the next day i have bodyache. Very bad service ever!!!!😡

A good place because it has a beautiful and attractive swimming pool..recommended to stay here especially those with small families..all staff services are very good..when there is a problem with the room they act quickly..I am very impressed with the housekeeping because they are willing to come to change the blanket which is dirty late at night..next time will stay here again😘

really enjoy our staycation even only for a night. the kids so happy because there's a few choices to play other than the pool

quite nuce hotel , but the bad thing is just the parking , there is no free parking for residence , but you can still park at guest parking.

when their need deposit to get done tge booking, it shows the facilities is so fragile. hustle to pax on the t&c of the deposit, it should removed because pax are aware of the term on renting purpose nowdays. so many mosquito in the units

Staying with family. Great location. Very nice room clean & new, we really like the view. The kid really enjoy the pool. Reception management friendly.😊

Nice place to stay with families for vacation. They have swimming pool for kids, and gym. This place is near ITCC only around 10 minutes driving to ITCC. Can enjoy sunset view.

Service is good. Staff is helpful in opening the room door when we have difficulty opening it.

Location of K Avenue is good as near to airport, and the building still new so all well kept. Facilities such as swimming pools, playground are great for everyone especially travel with kids. The room is ok, tidy and clean.
