最基礎的房型也是套房，房間很大，客廳廚房和兩個衞生間，特別適合帶1-2個小孩的家庭，完全不會擁擠，想要自己做飯也完全可以。酒店地理位置很好，可以步行到濱海大道和地鐵站，到熱門景點都衹需要3-4站，這個價格性價比不要太香！

我們是凌晨的航班到，預訂的是前一晚的酒店。 凌晨五點到酒店，從下車到入住辦理都非常順利，禮賓員和前台工作人員都很有禮貌，幫我們把行李送到房間才離開。 房間果然超級大，衞生間都有兩個，卧室客廳廚房設備都非常齊全，膠囊咖啡機、燒水壺、冰箱、熨斗、吹風都一應俱全，甚至於洗衣機都有。 酒店的頂樓是游泳池，健身房也在最高層，入住期間去使用了，健身設備齊全，臨海的跑步機體驗感超級棒… 早餐的品種並不算很豐富，但也能滿足基本需求，煎蛋味道很不錯。 除了多哈40多度的高温讓人難受，其它真的很不錯！

酒店各方面設施都挺好的。當時到了過後遇到過一件很無語的事情。前台居然告知我他們的系統出問題了，沒辦法給我房卡，説每次我回酒店都需要找他們來給我開門。就這一點感覺挺無語的。。。

A perfect hotel in every way. The rooms are extremely comfortable. Employees are too much concerned. The hotel location can be reached everywhere. The pleasure of the pool with a wonderful view at the top of the hotel was also very enjoyable for us.

We had a fantastic experience during our stay! The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and caring, always going above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome. The hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, creating a perfect atmosphere for relaxation. Thanks to the wonderful staff and the excellent facilities, our stay was truly memorable. Disappointing Experience I recently stayed at (The Bentley Luxury Hotel & Suites - Doha - Qatar ) and was very disappointed with the level of service provided. Early one morning, before 9 AM, I was woken up by the noise of a window cleaner working outside my room on a floor above 30. This was incredibly disruptive, especially as no prior notice was given to guests. Considering the premium price paid for a relaxing and restful stay, this was completely unacceptable. When I tried to address the issue with the front office employee, Kristy, I encountered further frustration. I requested to speak to the duty manager, but Kristy refused to transfer my call. First, she claimed the manager wasn’t available, and then during the same call, she said he was in a meeting. This lack of consistency and unwillingness to assist added to the unpleasant experience. I had higher expectations for ( The Bentley Luxury Hotel & Suites- Doha - Qatar ) and unfortunately, this stay fell far short of them. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves both communication and guest experience in the future

Bentley provides many enjoyable experiences the staff is very nice they are always friendly to us, I was impressed with the cleaning staff who were also very detailed. I plan to stay here for the next 1 year, The children are also very friendly with the staff here, when you need a technician they come very quickly.

The Bentley Hotel is suitable for families and is luxurious, and the hotel staff are also very kind, I particularly mention among them Osama in the reception , Perry and Judith who is working to clean the rooms In general, I recommend this hotel for families
