Somerset is a very nice Hotel in a fabulous location. The west bay has everything you need with regards Shopping, Malls, Transport Links and the Somerset is a short walking distance to 3x great Beaches. Excellent Seaview Rooms looking out across the Embassy's, Beaches on to the Bay and across to the Pearl makes for a nice view when chilling on the night.

It's been nice stay with kind staffs and great services. You can walk to City Center Mall and Metro station, or you can take Metrolink bus just next to main entrance of this hotel. And close to the sea, and wind is blowing from sea so you will feel cool.

This hotel was amazing the staff were so kind and friendly and the rooms we booked were beautiful and such a great place to come home too. Very clean and the beds were very comfy I will come back to this amazing hotel in future

One of the best staying experience in Doha (West Bay). Spacious Apartments with a beautiful view of the Sea & City. Staff is Co-operative. Clean & Fully furnished service apartments. Recommended for shorter as well as longer stay when you are in Doha.

We visited the beach club on day pass, lovely place, we like specially the pools and view, very supportive team, specially Akhila, who helped us a lot with the set up for our family and was always close to help. Thank you really, we enjoyed our stay and will come back

I enjoyed staying at this hotel. The bed were so comfy and the toilets were very clean. The apartment was very spacious and catered to our every need. The staff were also very lovely and polite and helped answer any questions we had.

I really want to express our satisfaction from our stay at Somerset West Bay Doha. The rooms / apartments, amenities, furniture, linen, equipment are excellent. The rooms / apartments are spacious, but also homey with cushions, lamps, vases, flowers. The sofas, armchairs, and dining area are vey comfortable and elegant. The working space is well thought of and convenient. Large wardrobes make the stay (especially the longer ones) easy, with their space and practicality. The kitchen has everything one needs, even for the longest of stays. The mattresses and the pillows are high end and the linen always fresh. Yet, what makes the Somerset stand out is the staff that are welcoming, friendly, efficient, professional and always willing to go the "extra mile". Thinking ahead of their customer, trying to find solutions to make the stay more pleasant, more comfortable, distinguishes the people working at Somerset. Especially Mr. Ankeet Desai (Guest Service Manager) made us feel special, respected and welcomed, in the most professional but - at the same time - caring and warm way. It is a rare occasion when a hotel / residence becomes "home" in a very short while and makes one eager to come back. I strongly recommend Somerset West Bay Doha and I sincerely thank all the people working there.
