Great stay for its price. Good location near to the subway and many sights. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and new, nice swimming pool and sauna. The only little thing - there was never enough fresh towels, as the laundry won't deliver them on time (as we were told). So we had only a floor mat and 1 big towel in our bathroom when we arrived, and in 5 days of our stay - they were changed once upon request. The housekeepers promised to bring the other towels later, but it never happened.

I can’t go there after my booking because I miseed my flight to Doha, I contact the hotel and explain the situation but they said I need to contact to trip.com, after I contact trip.com they try to contact the hotel again and they reject my change date because of I missed my flight. I will not recommend this hotel if you have the same situation with me. Also I got deducted twice for this booking it’s so annoying.

Great hotel with high quality rooms and facilities, exceptional customer service as well.

The hotel's location is good and the service is OK. It needs to be refurbished and the furnishings are clearly worn out despite the hotel's modernity. Getting in and out of parking is a bit annoying. There is no flexibility in checking in or out. The cleaning service is not at the required level and is not worthy of a 4-star hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at Jouri, A Murwab Hotel in Qatar from December 21 to December 28, 2024. The location is fantastic—most attractions are within walking distance, and there’s also a metro station nearby, making it super convenient to get around. One of the things I appreciated the most was how comfortable it was to walk around at night with a stroller. The area felt safe, and the streets were pleasant for an evening stroll with my baby. The rooms were beautiful, cozy, and well-designed, making our stay even more enjoyable. The service was also great—everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. Breakfast could be improved a bit, but honestly, you won’t leave hungry. There’s a decent variety, and it does the job. If you’re unsure about booking this hotel, I’d say go for it without hesitation. It’s a great choice, and I’d definitely stay here again!

My husband and I were at this hotel in June. We liked everything very much. The hotel has very tasty and varied breakfasts. We would like to say a big thank you to Jamal from the reception. He was always responsive and solved all the issues. I recommend this hotel.

The hotel itself is nice, with decent facilities, but the unprofessionalism of the staff was evident from the start. The most frustrating experience happened at 2 AM when we were woken up by a call from reception. They claimed that our neighbor had complained about noise coming from our room. However, we were sleeping, and there was no noise from our side. Instead of verifying the complaint properly, they disturbed our rest without any evidence. A professional hotel should first check the facts and identify the actual source of the noise before making baseless accusations. This lack of proper handling left a negative impression, making the stay less enjoyable. While the hotel has potential, the staff’s approach to guest service needs serious improvement.

Let’s start with the positives…. Easy to access location close to public transport and an easy walk to the museums and the souk. Room was large with a generous bathroom. Generous supply of toiletries. Nice tea tray and water replenished daily. The bed was super comfy and the pillows fluffy, which made for a super quiet sleep. All the reception staff, security guys and bellboys were very helpful and friendly. Now for the negatives…Staff in the restaurant were friendly but quite slow in replenishing empty buffet and clearing away tables. The swimming pool was an absolute joke as the door handle was broken meaning no entry. Actually a guest inside came to let me in as the staff were ignoring the situation. I went to tell the 2 girls on the desk of the issue but they just shrugged. Finally housekeeping……..hmm they did what they did but certainly on the 13th floor our room boy was hopeless. He cleaned up but forgot something every day, usually towels! He also needs to move furniture to vacuum and rinse out cups. 3 days 4 nights and every single day we had to request something, usually 2 or 3 things at the same time, he had forgotten. The hotel need to train and maintain standards or rehire!
