Step to Kotor Bay Guesthouse

Around 10 mins walk from the old town and right next to the beach. It was Hard to find the entrance of the hostel when I arrived, and the phone number of the hostel on ******* is incorrect, so I used the one on my front door to be able to check in. They provided a dirty towel with red stains, the shared bathroom is clean but they don’t bother cleaning the beds after someone leaves if no one is booking for the night so few beds were left untidy with some garbage on them from previous clients. The staff tries to be nice and mentions that you can text them with any problems or questions since they are not on premise but a couple of times when I did they replied the next day. They recommend places (probably their friends’) to you which I went to one of them that turned to have extremely rude staff that literally ruined the night, so don’t listen to their recommendations if you decided to stay there.

Property was incorrectly listed, bathroom and balcony were shared and not private. Room was also listed at 25m2, but was actually no more than 9m2. While the manager apologized a lot and wanted us to enjoy our stay, ultimately no one from the property took any steps whatsoever to resolve the issue. Instead I had to spend 2 hours on the phone with ********** in the hope of finding a solution.

Buscaba un sitio con wifi y parking. Aparcar, el primer día, fue complicado; el siguiente ni tuve problemas. Merece mucho la pena y no sólo por sus vistas. Estaba impecable, era cómodo y me encantó. Lo recomiendo.
