Un super séjour Hôtel magnifique avec un personnel très sympathique et au service. Le seul bémol c’est la course au transat à la piscine. Il faut se lever très tôt pour espérer avoir une place.

We visited this hotel out of season - in April. The weather was not very warm, and many establishments were not yet open, but this did not stop us from fully enjoying our vacation. The first thing that struck us was the beauty and size of the hotel, there are several bars (cocktails are free as part of the all-inclusive package), a hookah bar, shops, a spa area, a jacuzzi, and many outdoor sports grounds. We definitely recommend visiting bow shooting, aqua aerobics, and evening programs. The animators will teach you a lot of new things, make you laugh and take care of you throughout the day. I especially want to mention Ahmed and Blackie - they make this hotel better.

Excellent hotel - from the moment we arrived to our departure. The staff are welcoming, helpful, courteous and they are smiling. Food choices were great ...something for everyone. I would particularly point out the desert buffet...it was like stepping into a French patisserie just excellent. Our room with sea view was spacious and very clean. The large pool area is great for relaxing and taking coffee and drinks all day. We had an all inclusive package and it was great value for money. We are golfers and enjoyed our golf very much. In March the hotel is not busy and the beach is not in use but it was lovely to walk along in the beautiful sun. All in all a great place to stay for a relaxing break.

Royal Garden Palace is a great choice for anyone seeking the calm , the rest , delicious food and professional services..This hotel still keeps the ethics of tourism services and ensures to provide the right role in an excellent manner to achieve the target and match clients expectations. The reception team is helpful, smiling and effective in clients needs. This team is managed / well trained by MR Faysal which is always available to make sure the process is respected and smoothly implemented. Anis , Bechir , Sihem : Bravo 👏. Restaurant services are Excellent 👌 under the supervision of MR Badii , An example of discipline, punctuality and perseverance. Clean hotel , Fresh and much variety meals , well maintained, remarkable Garden , huge to walk, practice sport and to feel comfortable during stay. Hotel is very good with nice view. Rooms and environment is super clean. Every evening dinner is different and food is good. The biggest entertaintment was animators. Two girls and three boys have made unforgetable moments. We liked dancings lessons and evening showtime. We thinking to comeback next year again and I hope that there will be same animation team.

We had an amazing time in Royal Garden, food was really delicious, service helpfull in all situations. Rooms were really clean, excellent view on the sea. Beach right next to the hotel with white sand and beautiful clean sea. Animators both during the day and in the evenings made our day more pleasant, special thanks for the morning aqua aerobics with Oussama, it really entertained and relaxed us for the whole day. Can't wait to visit hotel again🦋

The hotel is nice and clean, compared with other hotels in Djerba. However, if you pay attention to details, I would say 3stars level clean. Staff is nice and they do their best to fulfill any requests, but the resources are limited . Rooms are big and nice! I had two different cleaning ladies during my stay. First one, I had to go in town to buy some all surfaces désinfectant ( while you are shopping, please buy your own shampoo and anything else you need for personal hygiene). Second cleaning lady, nothing to complain! So, I guess is about luck. The food…. OMG! Breakfast: please eat well , is the only decent meal you will get. In one week I had twice a decent piece of lamb with fresh vegetables. Rest of the time, cheese and tomatoes. Nothing can go wrong with a piece of cheese…… Most of the food was recycled and transformed from one meal to another. I could understand that till the point they recycled leftovers from the guests plates. ( check the picture with rolled ham filled with cheese. Someone had a bite from the piece of ham, before. Not to mention, the plate was presented in the evening, made from ham cut in the morning.) I’ve been solo in this holiday and my husband told me I’m spoiled, is impossible to not find something to eat in a 5 stars hotel . So I went to buffet and start to send him pictures. He said to me:”please stop , I will vomit!” Last time I checked, Djerba is an island in the middle of the ocean. Buffet should be full of seafood. Well, it was: caned sardines, fish nuggets, some 10-15 cm whole fish and once , some shrimps cooked in a big fry pan with some sauce. Last picture bonus: in restaurant , on the chair in front of me, while I was eating! Never ever in my life!!!!!

I enjoyed the holidays in here a lot, the hotel is clean and spacious, the rooms are nice, food is always tasty and fresh. The animation team is great; one can never get bored with them. The beach is also beautiful, amazing views. Greetings to all the friendly staff members, especially Oussama :).

first time here in djerba and in this amazing hotel i have a great moments here in the royal garden every thing its clean and good ghe rooms are always clean the food in yhe restaurant are delicieuse the animation team are attention and make a good activity thanks khaled marwa anf oussema for the great job i recomande this hotel
