Very nice hotel, good location. The staff is very competent and friendly. Breakfast is good quality. The restaurant on the second floor is quiet with a nice view to the busy street. The hotel has rooms for smokers and non-smokers. I recommend to indicate prior to arrival that you want a non-smoker room, or smoker room - to avoid any surprises.

I have been to many hotels for Bangladesh business work and have never seen a bed hotel like Innotel Hotel. When I enter the hotel to check in, I see that the hotel's luggage scanner is broken? Many beds smell in the room and there are cockroaches in the closet. There is no T.V channel in the room. Their food service is very bed service. Kitchen floor very dirty after two days they didn't change my bed sheet and pillow cover. Water falls in the room with the air conditioner I am a guest, I am staying in a hotel with money, facing so many problems
