Very good location, close to restaurants and shops yet very quiet and peaceful location in the evenings. Clean, spacious room. Friendly staff. Very disappointed to find out that the pool was not in working order. This had been noted on *********** at time of booking however when I contacted the hotel directly, I was assured it had been fixed. Unfortunately, it was unavailable throughout our entire 4 night stay. Air con was noted as an amenity however we were told on arrival that they had disconnected the units since the pandemic, making the heat during the night pretty uncomfortable. Personally, we would not return again due to no air con. However if air con and availability of a pool is not a deal breaker for your holiday, you should consider this hotel for your stay in Desenzano.

Hotel Villa Lilla is a lovely little hotel, 5 minute walk from the train station and another 5 minutes to the lake and old town. Rooms are large and comfortable with good air conditioning and strong WiFi. The small swimming pool is a blessing after a long day sightseeing. Lovely to relax here with an aperole spritz! The hotel owner, Barbara is lovely and very helpful but what what stands out at the hotel is Frank. The service he gives is excellent. He’s so happy to help and offer advice even with his limited English. We liked to return to the hotel in the evening after dinner to sit in the small veranda, sometimes with other guests where Frank would bring us drinks and snacks.

Quelle déception pour un séjour de 5 nuits! Aucun avis sur trip advisor depuis des années, on aurait du se méfier! Chambre exiguë Pas de placard Pas de couette , un drap et un édredon, et c’est tout ! Pas de vue Vue sur la réception Une cabine de douche minuscule où il est impossible de se tourner sans se blesser avec la robinetterie ! Et en plus elle fuit au niveau des joints ! Une terrasse partagée avec une chambre par une espèce de séparation en toile. Réveillé par le jour , pas de volets ou stores Une baignoire balneo en panne ( pas de jets d’eau …! Eclairage en panne ) Petit dej très pauvre et de mauvaise qualité. Le pompon! Un supplément de 5 euros pour changer les serviettes tous les jours ! Du jamais vu ! Seuls points positifs : un employé gentil et du café à peu près potable ! A éviter à tout prix , il y a beaucoup mieux dans le secteur !

Per la prima volta a Villa Lilla, Barbara un anfitrione fantastico…coccola tutti i suoi ospiti come pure i suoi collaboratori. La villa è dolcissima e molto curata. Camere spaziose e luminose. Pulizia eccellente. Tornerò sicuramente 🤎

Ho soggiornato due notti in questo piccolo ma splendido hotel. Struttura a due passi dal centro ma in zona molto tranquilla e senza rumori. Camere pulitissime. L'hotel è veramente un gioiello....piscina, giardino per le colazioni e tanto verde! E che dire dello staff. ... la titolare Barbara gentilissima e disponibile così come il collaboratore Francesco, persona veramente fantastica! Consigliatissimo. Ci tornerò sicuramente!!

Elegante ospitalità e confort. Ottima prima colazione, con prodotti di qualità . Ci sono gradevoli spazi in giardino per gli ospiti, e piscina. Posizione centrale ad un passo da tutto. Grazie per la vostra ospitalità . Villa lilla è sicuramente da consigliare per un soggiorno a Desenzano e lago di Garda,

A cinque minuti a piedi dal centro sorge questa struttura di un bel colore lilla... certamente un plauso va allo staff veramente cortese e gentile. Camera ampia con anche letto singolo, idem il bagno, terrazzino comodo. Si notano interventi di ammodernamento e questo va apprezzato...quindi consigliabile per soggiornare qualche giorno. Presente parcheggio interno. Colazione soddisfacente seppur non eccelsa. Ribadisco un 10 pieno allo staff e non è poco...

Avevo soggiornato in questa struttura più di 10 anni fa. Siamo ritornati per l’ottima posizione, per le camere grande, per la vicinanza alla stazione e il parcheggio coperto. Senza toccare la macchina in 5 minuti si è in centro e con una breve passeggiata si arriva in stazione e si raggiunge in pochissimo tempo Verona. Le camere sono ovviamente ancora grandi ma purtroppo tutti i mobili che avevamo in camera, le porte, gli stipiti denotano il tempo passato. Sono scrostati o macchiati o con segni indelebili. Le tende sia della camera che del bagno sono imbarazzanti. Il letto però è comodo, il bagno grande con finestra, peccato che il mobile enorme e inutile renda difficile l’uso del bidet e del gabinetto, che rimangono stretti stretti. Personale simpatico e attento, colazione ottima, con torte fatte in casa veramente buone, brioche, pancake e tutto ciò che occorre sia per la colazione dolce che quella salata. Credo per disposizione della proprietà ci è stato richiesto praticamente sulla porta di ingresso di pagare il parcheggio e la tassa di soggiorno, l’addebito per la camera è stato fatto due giorni prima del nostro arrivo. Non sono mai scappata senza pagare……
