The place is nice and clean. Spacious room and bathroom as well. the only thing we would say about is the parking area. but it was not that far anyway from the hotel.

酒店前台有行李寄存服務。兩天都送了一人一杯免費咖啡。房間以及大堂乾淨整潔，每天都有在搞衞生、更換毛巾。

Not great . There was urine in the loo and surrounding area when I arrived. Staff were not bothered which was slightly disconcerting . Really noisy room from the busy road. Bed was lumpy . The staff were welcoming and cheerful and the lobby had a lovely scented smell. I would not stay here again due to the above or recommend.

On enquiring at reception told no rooms, looked online and managed to book on, not very helpful. Bathroom basin was full of small stress cracks and stain yellow around the plug. The hotel has had a cheap makeover under its new management by the look of things.

Sub optimal rooms, with small beds. Staff at entrance were rude when I checked in, not particularly friendly (late at night check in). Ordered breakfast to our rooms, which didn't arrive in the time slot, when we went to reception to enquire, they sent it up, and we received someone else's breakfast order 💀. Cheap hotel, but even with that in mind, would prefer a premier Inn.

The room was lovely, and the service great. Very loud at 2am in the morning with other guests shouting loudly and banging doors. Car Park that was recommended by the hotel was the smelliest place, it made me sick the smell was rhst bad.

Nice room, clean and modern, great parking. Breakfast not as good as last time I stayed and coffee from the breakfast machine was cold, no bread for toasting. I was given a voucher for a complementary coffee in check in, waited to be served sometime by barman who was not very friendly to be told the coffee machine was out of order!

Upon arrival I was incredibly impressed with the professionalism and positive attitude of the young lady (Jasmine) on reception. She went above and beyond what I’d expect and her customer service was extraordinary! Well done and thanks.
This first impression meant for a very enjoyable stay and I will most certainly return.

standard fare stay, nothing exceptional, not the best sleep as the ring road was pretty noisy and the quantity of food for the money wasn't great

Rooms were clean.
Taps were only putting out hot water. No cold.
No fridge in the room.
The fact you have to pay for parking is ridiculous. £8 for one night! I’m already paying to stay in the hotel!!
Key cards didn’t work on the lifts and they stopped working again in the early hours in the morning so we couldn’t access our room. We had to get this sorted by the reception. Absolutely ridiculous!
Won’t be staying here again.
