Premier Inn Derby East

Perfect little stop over for Alton Towers. Only 40 minute drive away so ideal. Restaurant was nice .. make sure you prebook as can get busy. Breakfast was fine. Worth doing the meal plan to feed up before a day in Alton towers. Room really clean, extra pillows, fan included which was used as room can get hot. Tea/coffee in room. Plenty of safe parking. Close to restaurants to grab something to eat and supermarkets. Very pleasant stay :)

What great staff ami and eve also not forgetting josh who is covering and sunny in the kitchen! Food is great ,service is great and i would’nt stay anywhere else! Highly recommend!!very clean and tidy ! There is nothing that is to much trouble!

Premier Inn rooms were fab as always, however, the breakfast was poor as they hadn't planned or prepared for the number of guests properly. Staff were very apologetic and friendly despite being under pressure.

Hotel had our bookings for over a month and fully aware of the large group that were staying there. Breakfast service was chaotic to say the least. Even though we went in at 7:15am for breakfast which is quite early, there were not enough tables, hot food trays were empty, croissants and pain au chocolates were cold and stale. Very few staff present and extremely busy. As they were over worked, they were not polite. We ate minimum food to keep us going that morning, as the waiting times were long and we had to be somewhere in the morning. We paid a lot for breakfast but experienced appalling service. Room was fairly clean and comfortable. Next time I will not be booking premier inn.

Excellent customer service by Callum, easy to check in and we felt so welcomed and great food in the restaurant. Room was extremely clean and well presented. Overall a brilliant stay and excellent location for Pride Park with lots of parking and space.

A quality Premier Inn on a quiet industrial estate. Convenient for accessing the motorway when attending conferences nearby.

Eve and the team work so hard , premier inn should be proud for what they do to keep everyone happy , they are always happy to help , even when understaffed Keep up the great work Credit to premier inn Warm welcome on arrived Breakfast is great in the the hotel

The whole team are lovely - Eve especially! I've never seen a bar so busy (on a Thursday) yet she still remained calm and polite. Even when it was evident they're understaffed. She was dealing with an overly rowdy and impolite group, yet still was able to deal with everyone, with a smile.

The room was next to a busy raod so I could not open a window, a fan in the room had a timer on it so had to reset evry hour through the night. Meant a interrupt sleepless night due to the heat within the room.
