A very nice place to be in Lajpat Nagar if your a travler at very reasonable price and better service. Very nice food neat and clean place. Room service available 24*7. Recomded if want to be in a best place around Lajpat Nagar

Never again Check in at 2.00 room not ready. I had to wait 20 mn in the lobby. They did not even offered me a tea Room was disgusting Curtain in such a bad state No hot water had to ask the morning before 9.00 to have a bucket of hot water. Have to ask twice No tv No service : don’t help to find a cab Don’t help to find restaurant or minimum of service refuse to take my postcard to send No food allowed no beverage allowed No visitors allowed Works until 23.00 real nightmare Never and ever again. NEVER Staff no nice and not competent. Donc speak English And the sheets 😫 About the bathroom wowww I wash with my shoes I was to scared to get fungus Noisy the windows of my room are broken Away from this hotel. Only 1 good point : 3 mn from the metro

We just came here for one night and we need a hotel near our destination where we want to go early morning. So they gave us 3 person one family suite room. Firstly check-in time they told us that room had a problem with the bathroom so we said it was ok. When we arrived in a room we saw there were plenty of problems in this room but we managed all things only for one night we had to stay and we don't want anyone staff in trouble. But I have to say something for the owner or landlord, please every person needs a comfortable stay and comfort zone and they paid so much money for that. At least if you can't provide this thing please don't open this type of hotel. Last and least all the staff are very helpful and helpful nature. The food taste was outstanding, thankful for the chefs and all the kitchen staff team.

We had booked this hotel 3 days in advance with full payment from Make My Trip. My friend had just had a foot surgery and we had requested the hotel to provide us a wheel chair accessible room for 3 days. However, when we arrived at the hotel, we were told that their hotel is overbooked and they can give us either non ac rooms or they can shift us to some cheap hotel near New Delhi railway station. I had to start looking for a new hotel in the area ***** with a patient friend of mine who was walking on crutches. The hotel staff did nothing to help us! I would not recommend this hotel even to my enemies!

The room was in good condition and the staff was polite and respectful. Good service in affordable price. The area in which the hotel is located is very close to market which was a plus point for us..

The hotel was neat and clean. Room was spacious. Staff was cordial esp Mr Dushyant and Mr Pardeep. Location is very convenient and is in well connected area. Kitchen service needs improvement. Overall satisfied with the stay at hotel.
