Such a nice, cozy and well maintained hotel. I loved my time there. The staffs are all super nice, helpful. Bike rental is available to those who would like to experience Delft like the locals. Very close to TU Delft and the Centrum. Would definitely come back if I ever go to Delft again.

房間不大，但能放的下一件最大的行李箱，有個小書桌，小衣櫃，還有一張大床。最重要的是早餐很好吃！就在TUD校園裡面，如果是到校園訪問，這裡是最好的選擇！

Small, but extremely cozy. Only thing I can note is that the supply of breakfast food was slightly limited (they ran out of bacon and eggs on Sunday.) The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the amenities were perfect for a couple's weekend getaway.

The smaller size of this hotel and friendly staff makes it feel more like a bed and breakfast place than a hotel. Which is a good thing! We stayed for two nights and found it to be quite enjoyable. The place was very clean and our room, which we received a free upgrade, was spotless. Thanks very much to Jamie at the front who welcomed us and was very friendly. The breakfast was good and just what a person would need to start the day. Nice little quiet courtyard to have a drink and relax in was a nice bonus. The hotel is about 12-15 minute walk from the train station and about the same to the sites to see in the town itself. Big bonus is the two minute walk to the Royal Delft Museum around the corner which was actually quite fascinating to see. The Museum also has a nice little restaurant there with outside garden to enjoy.

Very friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, good variety and atmosphere at breakfast. Perfectly located at walking distance between the university and the city centre.

Nice little hotel. 2nd floor access is poor due to very narrow stairs. water is not regularly refilled but had to request.

The location of Casa Julia, especially if you need to be near the TU Delft, is perfect, 10 minutes from most campus locales, 15 minutes from the Delft Station and from the Central Market. The rooms were comfortable, well cleaned, and the staff did their utmost to keep the customers satisfied. This was particularly important during our stay when weather was an issue (storms, constant rain), and when a power glitch kept us in the dark for a portion of an entire day. While the breakfast was generous (and coffee/tea is available 24/7), one might question the 16 euros 50 cost; campus locale might be an alternate. Also, an issue that followed us home were the mosquitos that plagued us at night; try as one might to keep the windows closed, we both kept some unwelcome reminders (lingering bites) of our stay in Delft. This is common to European hotels, without screens. While some more modern and more expensive hotels nearby might be an option, I am glad we had got to know the city better by walking through Delft frequently, learning where the restaurants were, and traveling easily to other locations in the Netherlands.

very helpful staff when i needed to find some painkillers. The room was nice enough, but location is really excellent, and other spaces (breakfast area, garden) and general amenities are really pleasant! If you are visiting TU Delft, this is probably your ideal stay.
