The hotel location are good and walking distance to the Metro station/train about less than 10 minutes walks. Near by there quite number of restaurant and in front of the hotel the is cruise restaurant. The hotel view very nice and we get a room that facing a river and Al-Burj tower. The room itself just okay to fit 4 of us and perhaps some refurbishment are required, because the room a bit rundown. Overall stay was good for 1 night. Along the hotel area, there’s more hotel for you to choose within your budget.

Though we had stayed at the hotel less than 10 days ago, we had to go through the tedious registration process (original passport, e-mail address, etc.) once again. The shaver lamp in the bathroom did not work, same problem in the previous room. attention to detail seems to be a problem for house maintenance. While the Pearl Creek view has its pros, it also means signifikant traffic noise from the street and loud music from the tourist boats in the evening. Late at night, everything is quiet. In summary, the hotel scores with its excellent location and some of the advantages of a chain hotel.

Very good hotel for travelers who like to explore Dubai with family members, basically this is a very good family hotel and tariff’s are reasonable considering the amount and variety of breakfast they serve, I will suggest that anyone staying in this hotel should always book the room including breakfast tariff, Rooms sizes are acceptable sizes and have creek view (Sea View), I have attached Two photos of sea view for reference, Roof top they have gym / swimming pool and non alcoholic bar were they serve hooka (Sisa)

Normal, before was much better as its not clean like before , staff some very kind

Had to change rooms twice. First room (610) had bed bugs. Second room (710) had many baby cockroaches in the toilet. Third and final room (910) was finally quite clean. Breakfast spread was quite okay. Location wise is good for business travellers to visit Deira/Naif area.

It is nice hotel and best area close to many nice places.I always stay this hotel..great location for me.. easy to access restaurants

Very bad hotel. never recommend to anyone to stay in this hotel. 4 stars? Best Western? Do not let the name deceive you. It is definitely not a 4 star hotel and should not have that rating! I don't understand why Best Western wants to be associated with this hotel. It is a disappointment.

Nice place,clean and well maintained.Receptionist was a was awesome.customer service at it's best.I reccommend.
