There is plenty of room for boat trailer parking if you need it. The cottage is less than 1/2 mile to Four Seasons marina and boat dock, which is located in the subdivision. The cottage is a perfect getaway for families and kids love the bunk room. The home is perfect to rent alone, but we have another cottage next door that family and friends can rent as well. There is a grilling pavilion for fun cookouts and get togethers that’s covered with gas grill. The pavilion is shared with one cottage located next door.
