Best location near Esplanate , and easy access to downtown with walking distance. We enjoyed the best sunset view here. Bike and scooter rental service (Beam) can't reach out here and this was challenging when we tried to return.

Free parking is a great benefit for those with a rental car. Strategic location, quiet yet walking distance to the esplanade, popular restaurants and supermarkets.

Hotel is located on the esplanade. Great location. Building and rooms a little dated. Clean and Aircon works well. Nice little balcony facing the ocean (for the ocean view rooms). Bed comfortable. Pillows too soft. Would sta again. Great sunsets.

Ms Melanie at the hotel check-in was amazing & friendly. She gave suggestions for eateries, restaurants, provided us with mobile phone chargers, adaptors, and connected with us casually, always with a smile. Breakfast was great.

This hotel was mentioned by a local taxi driver as old and needed renovations. This we found to be untrue, our room was modern with fairly new facilities, it was very clean, neat and tidy. A great location and the staff are very helpful.

Lovely sized room.  Lovely staff  No where to put large take away containers in the bin.  There was a dental pick in our shower on the towel rail for a few days, the cleaners obviously didn’t see it. I ended up chucking ito it myself.  Freezer in bar fridge didn’t freeze, fridge not real cold either.  I asked for extra quilt and towel - great service with that.  Breakfast great. Coffee really good.  Good parking

Great place to stay, modern and clean.Big and comfy beds. Balcony overlooks a beautiful park. Guest laundry is available at a fee. So far the best property I’ve stayed in Darwin CBD

Polite staff, simple breakfast but yet quality items with minimal waste and overall satisfying. Rice and noodles can be improved but enjoyed the smoothie and other small items. Room is clean generally and comfortable bed, free open parking for guests.

The location is great with everything Darwin has to offer within walking distance. We found the property to be well maintained and staff were all very friendly. I wouldnt hesistate to stay here again or recommend

Ticks all the boxes for business and personal. Restaurant and bar downstairs was fantastic.

The smell of this hotel was amazing! It must be one of the cleanest hotels ive had the pleasure of staying in. I loved the room but unfortunately could hear the noise generator outside all night and got very little sleep, which was frustrating given this wasnt a cheap stay. Aside from that a great hotel.

Good hotel ; well located ; clean and with friendly staff  The food at dinner was good ; much better than the breakfast which is average

The hotel is very old and needs updating. Very expsensive for what you get
