The reception of the Hotel is so friendly. The rooms are perfect. Big TV, good wifi, pretty bath, comfortable beds. We stayed over the weekend and agreed that we never stayed in such a pretty hotel. You can get free coffee and tea 24/7 even though you didn't book breakfast. Just when it comes to the cleaning, it was a little bit of dust kind of everywhereand i would recommend to take better care of that, everything else was perfect. The location is okay, it's near to the tram, bus and train but if you usually wanted to stay in Frankfurt like we wanted, you need to drive a bit with the train but it's okay!

Wie hatten Gäste zu Besuch und haben diese in zwei Doppelzimmern untergebracht. Da das Hotel sehr praktisch gelegen ist und die Preise angemessen sind haben wir uns für das Domero entschieden. Wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Zum Frühstück können wir nicht sagen, da wir auswärts gegessen haben.

Das Hotel kann man weiterempfehlen. Einrichtung war okay. Check in klappte super. Check out total unkompliziert. Genügend Parkplätze vorhanden. Frühstück haben wir nicht in Anspruch genommen. Deshalb kann ich dazu nichts sagen.

房間大，衞生還行，停車方便，早餐廳偏小。

The room was very small and it was very very warm in our room. We asked the front desk people to see if they could help us with the thermostat and they said they'd try but the room remained hot. We woke up sweating every morning. For two people, the room was very cramped and we often had to go around each other to even get to the bathroom in there. Other than that, the stay was fine but we wouldn't book here again.

Should have been an easy 5 stars. Unfortunately they have designed the fancy full wall TV enclosures that affectively turn the wall into speaker. My neighbour left the TV on all night, and I didn't get any sleep. The issue is the box acts as a sub woofer and the room on the other side gets a drum and base style affect that's far louder than the TV noise itself. Even good quality silicone ear plugs couldn't help ( not sure if it's the frequency or if it due to vibrations) No staff on site after 11pm so nothing I could do. I would not go back as you can't guarantee you have an ingrate next to you.

Very unpleasant Stay: booked a standard double room (Queen bed) but was assigned to an irregular shaped room at the very end of corridor by a careless and "couldn't be bothered" manager, who gave a two-single-bed room at the beginning and was reluctant to correct. When I finally got him to switch to a queen bed room, I noticed width of the room is less than two meters, so the end of the bed is touching the other side of the wall. It was tight and suffocating as hell. I asked the front desk to switch me to a "regular" room. "No, unless you want to pay extra 20 Euro for an upgrade", says clerk after checking with her manager. When I showed the standard room picture as posted in *******, which is day and night different than the room I had, the lady told me I would have get a better room if I had booked direct with hotel, instead of using *******. What a nasty bait and switch! After half hour back and forth arguing and me talking to hotel manager over the phone, they agreed they will move me to a new room in the afternoon. But they lied: when I returned to hotel at 10pm, the new front desk told me the manager told him they can't move me. After insisting to speak to manager to resolve this, I was told I need to pay $20 Euro to switch because cleaning my current room will cost them. It was frustrating dealing with manager/staff lacking of minimum care of customer. The front desk guy even told me never book this hotel after this stay....

Arrogant and unfriendly hotel staff is a big turn-off for this property. When I arrived at 1pm, I was told check-in won't start until 3pm. That was fine with me. "May I leave my bag here at front desk?" The hotel manager gave me that impatient look as if he was offended and I should have left him alone. I wondered: If he wasn't there to help customers, why did he get paid and show up in the hotel? As someone who spends on average 100 nights in hotel across the world each year, I have to say I never met any hotel staff so unfriendly like him. It was eye-opening experience in a very bad way. I had a very unpleasant stay at this hotel to say the least.

It is a hotel that is easy to find, convenient to travel. There are convenient public buses. There is a free mini bar, clean rooms, big screen TV, very satisfying. The bed is comfortable but the pillows are not good. Everything is very good. If coming to Darmstadt, will stay here again. The parking fee is a bit expensive, 15€/night.

Comfortable, clean rooms, good breakfast selection.

The hotel is very nice and clean. The walls had quite a few scuff marks on them, but they were not dirty. Soap was provided, but not shampoo. Extra pillows and blankets were in the closet in our room. (nice!) Onsite parking was fantastic. Staff was courteous and very friendly. Biggest complaint was that the room was BLAZING hot and the thermostat couldn't lower the temperature. Did not get a great night sleep. Opening windows could be an option if the street noise doesn't prevent sleeping for you.
