Bon the Rink Heritage

The hotel manager is not cooperative and not helpful any more. We totally getting wet in rain but they do not help any more no drayer available no iron available and room heter 15min price 300 very shameful

Worst experienced behaviour of staff. Totally horrible. I was really looking forward to my stay at this hotel, but unfortunately, it failed to meet my expectations in almost every way. The room was small and cramped, with a bed that was harder than a rock. The air conditioning didn't work properly, leaving me sweating and uncomfortable all night. The bathroom was tiny, with a shower that barely had enough water pressure to wash out the soap. And don't even get me started on the "continental breakfast" - a few stale pastries and lukewarm coffee. The staff seemed uninterested and unfriendly, and the whole place felt like it was in desperate need of a renovation. For the price i paid, i expected a lot better. Needless to say, i won't be returning to this hotel anytime soon. Pros: none cons: everything would not recommend.

Nature wings is a scamster travel agency moving towards a bigger scam conning travelers. I have paid Rs 32.5k for Two Persons; This Hotel has been offered by NW at Darjeeling was Pathetic.. the Room was on the Ground Floor.. no Window.. hardly 75Sq M.. Me and My Father left the Hotel and booked another another; After Barraging with the Booked Hotel by NW, next day they have given a better room.. Overall Nature Wings a Money Making Company.. In Future Never Recommend anyone to travel with them.. The Person who is Managing the Tour and the Guy who was earlier in touch was not in Sync.. Fortunately the Driver was good, we save our Holiday from being a Nightmare.

The overall ambiance of this heritage hotel is fantastic. I am fully relaxed and recharged. We will back soon and stay here for more days.

Very good experience of staying in this hotel. Rooms are very clean and hygienic. Staffs and management behaviour was very nice and friendly. Foods were tasty. Overall we were very pleased with our stay. Hope to be back shortly for a longer stay.
