-Hotel was fine, perfect for flights or people going on cruises. Not much food options nearby, and not enough seating in breakfast area. Hotel was clean,
Shuttle to hotel/ back was a bit of a mess. The hotel is about a 5 minute drive and the shuttle takes about 30-45 minutes to arrive. Plan ahead if you need to go to the airport...we ended up having to uber it to the airport in the morning due to it not being able to pick us up from the hotel for 45 minutes

The rooms were clean and very well set up .everything you needed for airport or cruise port stays .Breakfast lots of variety and close options for dinner.

The property was great. My experience booking on ******* was horrible. Got to the hotel and they did not have my booking from *******. I gave them my confirmation code and everything. Nothing from *******. Spent 45 min on hold with ******* while they tried to fix it. It was very stressful.

When first checking in, it was loud outside and on busy road. There was confusion when first checking in but once evening shift came in ... They were VERY nice and helpful. Hallways needed vacuumed and our room had a smell (wasn't bad but fragrance like fruit?) It felt dirty but wasn't bad.

The hotel was clean and convenient for the airport. The shuttle was reasonably easy to access to get to and from the airport - just confirm that your booking from the hotel to the airport is logged.
I would definitely stay here again.

Staff was excellent as well as the breakfast buffet! Room was clean.
Area around this hotel is sketchy but seems to be improving. It is a great stay if you need to be by the airport.

We needed an overnight room close to the airport. Everything went smoothly from check in to morning airport shuttle.

Beds were comfortable, easy check in process but was charged $50 for incidentals. I did not see this posted on the website, seemed steep for a pool that closed at dusk and no hot tub. We chose not to eat breakfast as we left before 6:00am. View from room was some buildings. Shower was great, included dove shampoo/conditioner. Good fridge/microwave. Tight parking garage, but was convenient and easy.

The hotel was 4 minute drive from the airport. The shuttle arrive fairly quickly after calling them at my landing time Midnight. When check in, he was quick and I was in my room fairly quickly. The rooms were clean and overall it was a perfect stay for me. I would stay here again.
