The hotel rooms are a little dated and worn but they are clean and the beds super comfortable. The service was very friendly.

A little tired. Ice machines broken or non existent on 3of 4 floors. Breakfast, pool and staff very good

I pre-registered, as the facility suggested in an email. I had to wait at the front desk, show my ID and credit card. We got to our room, unpacked and went to dinner - at dinner I got an email that my room was ready!! Why pre-register?

I had a wonderful check in and had high hopes for this property. In the middle of the night the toilet stopped working and the sink backed up. Black stuff that smelled awful was coming out it drain. I plunged it myself to no avail because no maintenance was available at night. Upon them getting in at 7 am they did not come to my door until aver 9 when o was preparing for check out. Such a disappoin**ent.

Fitness center has no ac. Half the weights are missing. Couldn’t get into my room till 5:30. Other than that everything was fine.

Beds were comfy, breakfast was sufficient, staff were helpful and friendly, their shuttle from the airport was timely.
Only complaint is there’s nowhere to eat close by. We arrived late evening by shuttle. Only food option is Wendy’s and they don’t except walk ups to the drive through. Very frustrating. We ate chips and protein bars for dinner.

The Fairfield Inn & Suites Fort Lauderdale Airport-Cruise Port was the perfect choice. We arrived late 12:33 am. Young man at front desk was very friendly & quick with check in & gave us each a bottle of water. That was unexpected but very much needed after our long day of flying. He explained how to get the shuttle to take us to the port for our cruise. The complimentary breakfast was amazing. Scrambled eggs were real not that powder kind. They had waffles to make, bagels, cereal, chocolate milk, variety of juice's, coffee just to name a few. The bathroom shower is a huge walk in with shower products on the wall It was the best. This place was so much better than I thought it would be. We will stay here again.

The hotel was average, the breakfast was ok and the staff at breakfast very nice, maid was extremely accommodating. Not sure if it was the detergent use for linens, but both night stays was itchy like crazy and this only happened when I used the towels and laid in the bed.. AC smelled kind of moldy. Ice machines on all floors not working, only main lobby floor worked.. pool area quite clean and nice. Very convenient location. Short Uber ride to Dania shopping center, which has some stores and lots of places to eat. Dunkin’ Donuts and Wendy’s right in parking lot of this hotel.. free airport shuttle, driver very nice and was on time..
