Terrible service from check in to leaving. Charged twice for the Hotel Stay (took 10 days to resolve and of course they charged the higher price). Buyer beware.

I had 2 rooms. In one room when we walked in the restroom had some type of bug on the floor. And when we let the sofa bed out there was a small spider there. They need to exterminate and some of the rooms need new furniture. The bathroom sink wood around the sink was cracked and peeling.

The pool area was covered in leaves inside and out. Besides that everything was clean, good, and spacious. Breakfast was great too.

Condition of our room and the common areas of the hotel was dirty/ worn/ broken. Surprised this was Hyatt.

I didn’t think the beds were comfortable but my husband liked them. We requested a king bed but were told the only thing available was a double. Also the parking fee was kinda expensive.

Great location and close enough to most restaurants and shops. Just a couple of issues. The pillows were kinda crappy. And the paint on the shower floor was peeling? Weird but it's true. Other than that everything else was great.

The rooms are very spacious . Great location. Nice service by BB staff and reception. Good breakfast. Needs some renovations . I was disappointed that the pool was closed during our stay. The pool and jacuzzi were filled but they put closed sign for no reason. There were events during that weekend so I assume they didn’t want to deal with the hassle . But I chose the hotels got the pool. I wound like to know before I check in . If it is advertised to have pool it should have one .
