Everything was perfect. No complaints whatsoever

This hotel gives you luxury on a budget. My daughter and I came for a quick mommy and I getaway. Breakfast was great, the staff was amazing and the rooms were spacious and clean!!! I never heard loud noise or kids running down the hallways. I would recommend it for business and family trips

Was cold and heater did not work. It was noisy all night. Room was not up to par for Westin’s reputation. Parking inconvenient.

Excellent hotel - great location in North Dallas, competitive pricing, great vibe in the lobby area, very comfortable and clean rooms, plenty of hot water in bathroom (unbelievable that I would have to state that, but at some other hotels in the early morning shower crush, that's been an issue!). I will definitely be coming back.

I think that this property was overrated and overpriced. The daily parking was unnecessary especially because it wasn't a resort. No need to overcharge customers for a basic amenity. Breakfast was $22 for a basic meal. There was nothing to suggest this price. Try again

It’s not in the heart of downtown Dallas, but it is in a good area away from the hustle and bustle, and it’s a beautiful hotel.

Beautiful hotel with nice spacious rooms, it’s only $20 to park in the garage but it’s a little difficult to navigate so I recommend finding a free spot in the front of the attached office complex. Great price also, highly recommend!
