Excellent service, great rooms, amazing locations! Some of them on the first floor only have access to the inner yard and there are no windows facing out, just FYI. There is some noise early in the night from the surrounding bars but it is very manageable. All in all I would stay there again

The room was a closet with no outdoor window. Did not receive any compensation for canceling due to dissatisfaction and inability to book us into another room. They had an event that was right outside our room till 11 pm. There was no way to shut out the noise

The beds were super comfortable and the rooms impecable. The location is amazing as you can walk to the main plaza and lots of the sight seeing in the city. The service was great and the staff always helpful and very service oriented. Great value for money. Can only recommend this hotel.

Love the hotel. VERY clean. A nice boutique hotel in Cusco. The best part of the stay, however, was the staff. Daniel is simply the best! Very kind and accommodating. He wasn't the only one though, as all of the staff were genuinely kind and super helpful (he's just the only name I can remember). I would absolutely stay here again. The rooms were very nicely arranged and there are a lot of outlets. I love the open air feel of the interior of the building. The location was great because we were in the middle of nice shops and restaurants.

I planned a 10 day vacation in Cusco and wanted a hotel that was small and in a location close to the historic sites in Cusco. I stay at Hilton properties a lot for work and was thrilled to see that Motto by Hilton was newly open in old Cusco. The hotel is fantastic with cozy rooms and is conveniently located about a 2 block walk from the Plaza de Armas and the Cusco Cathedral. Several restaurants and museums are also within a short walk. What makes this hotel really special is the staff. Everyone at the hotel was warm, welcoming and helpful. From the front desk staff to house keeping, we were treated so kindly & the staff helped us with all of our needs. Daniel Miranda & Jose Pilares at the front desk went above and beyond, helping us to secure taxis and find restaurants and to explain local customs and traditions.

Fantastic, the staff was very friendly and the room was good for the price. Maid service each day was helpful. I was also provided a meal voucher each morning at a nice restaurant across the street.......................................

I couldn’t have asked for better from this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. The rooms were very comfortable. You cannot beat the location. Very safe neighborhood within the central district. Great restaurants were recommended to us as well as shopping. We loved it!
