Premier Inn London Croydon Town Centre

Estancia súper agradable, personal muy atento. A 1 minuto del metro y tren, con un supermercado al lado, desayuno con buffet (todo muy rico) y habitación increíble con un colchón de 10. Sin duda alguna repetiremos 👍

Always a comfortable stay at Premier Inn. We stayed one night after attending a concert at the O2. Arrived back in the early hours and reception team incredibly helpful when husband has mislaid the room key. Highlight of our stay was breakfast. We arrived towards the end of service. We received a friendly warm welcome by Marcia and Teresa who were excellent. They were attentive and ensured we had everything we needed. Really nice to receive great service. Thank you ladies.

From first entering the hotel we felt a genuine welcome. Reception staff were very polite and booking in was very straightforward. Our room was very clean and tidy as you would expect of Premier Inn. We liked the security measures taken by the hotel to keep clients safe. On entering the restaurant for breakfast in the morning we were welcomed by Teresa who explained where things were located. Teresa was very helpful and attentive during our stay at the hotel. Our stay at this hotel was above average compared to other Premier Inns we have stayed at. My partner and I felt welcomed and that nothing was too much trouble. A good experience and would go there again.

Great service for breakfast, Teresa and Marcia couldn’t do enough for us. They were very welcoming and fun to be around and made sure we had everything we needed - and more! The breakfast food and drinks were good too with plenty of choice and a nice atmosphere.

Friendly staff, great for kids, good fresh food. We love a premier inn breakfast and this was a great example …………………………. ………………………. Thanks to all staff for the warm welcome and patience with the children who had a lovely lovely lovely time !

I arrived before 9am on my check-in day and asked if I could get in early, as I had travelled far and was attending a funeral in the afternoon. Teresa managed to sort a clean room for me within 20 minutes and couldn’t have been more helpful. Apart from that, mega comfy bed, great shower and amazing breakfast. Thank you so much.

Ok stay for work. Room and bed comfortable. Breakfast very good however the menu choice for evening meals was limited and tasted bland. A special mention to Breakfast Restaurant staff Marcia and Teresa and Mark at Dinner they were always cheerful, friendly and helpful.

The room was very nice prepared, clean and I had everything that I needed. Staff were outstanding. I can not praise them enough. Rashmi, Spasha and Mark were absolutely wonderful. I stayed for 3 night so I saw them every night and every night I was greeted with a smile and outstanding customer service. They are credit to Premier inn. Food was amazing and I didnt have to wait long for my dishes to arrive.

Had an Irish family reunion at this fabulous 2night stay very central lovely staff especially Teresa who went out of her way pleasant lady very welcoming thanks Teresa for everything John and Rosie mcconville belfast and all the family from around the world enjoyable time thanks
