we received a free upgrade to a sweet which was nice. Im guessing since it was a Monday it wasn't a big deal. The sweet was not well lite and rather dark, some of the lights didn't work. they need to add brighter lighting.
Also the restaurant was lacking decor and good food. For being one of the best ******s in cripple creek I was disappointed.
I'll stick with Black Hawk CO ******s. much nicer!

We came to see the Ice Castles so the Century ****** was very close. The parking was good. The staff and the food were great. I think they have the best Bloody Marys I have ever had. The rooms were a little dated but clean and spacious. The worst part was the pillows. Way too hard and full... And there were 4 per bed but not a variety. I should have brought my own.

The shower arrangement is NOT good. No privacy! One glass wall facing the bedroom and windows with only a curtain to pull which does not close all the way. The other long side wall had NO covering of any kind... it was just open! It would be easy to install a shower curtain. Really bad. Also, we took an old elevator and two flights of stairs to get to the second floor where the room was. Just not good with luggage! We would not stay here again. We are older and nothing about this was acceptable. The staff were all very nice.

The mattresses were to soft; felt like being in a water bed. Noisy, could hear other residences talking, walking or dropping items .
Otherwise ****** staff very pleasant and helpful.

Had a late check 4:30PM in as the room wasn't ready..
Loud room as well due to heat and i refrigerator noise. The solution was 2 pair of ear plugs left on the night stand????
Next time somewhere else for sure. Didn't get much if any sleep and staff was banging on the doors HOUSE KEEPING at 7AM

Everything was great except our room had a bad odor like someone had smoked in there (when they aren't supposed to.) Front desk gave us some room spray but it didn't help much. Otherwise, great stay!

actually the room was to warm for January- the pillows were terrible-way to thick- jacked my neck and couldnt sleep-get rid of them and all would be OK !

We went up for 1 day and night. This was our first stay there. The room was very clean and comfortable. They staff was very friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast is from a full menu. The romance package was a good deal for the drinks and 3 course dinner. Steak was ok, but hamburger was wonderful. We would stay there again. It was a good value.

The stay was good, dinning area was small and cramped and food was maybe a 3 out of 5. Great value for the money and the room was pretty nice.
