A fantastic western suburbs hotel by the ocean front. The hotel hasnt lost any of its charm from over the years. They have quiz nights, live music and play sport at times. The team at the Cottesloe beach hotel are lovely and warm and nothing is too much, I particularly like Grace who is always happy and bubbly in the main bar area.

Great hotel with amazing amenities. Lots to offer for the family or as couple. The hotel is on the Indian Ocean with the most beautiful sunset you will ever see in your life. The food and service was amazing and so was the live entertainment they have on a Wednesday. Definitely a must to come. Dave the manager was very helpful in talking about all the new ideas they have at the Cott

Amazing place to eat and drink. The service is really good at the veranda bar and the new menu was to die for . Favourite dish is the lamb. The place is very modest but has a lot of charm and character. Seeing the sunset fall was absolutely stunning

Beautiful mid range hotel over looking the Indian ocean. The hotel itself is a little outdated but the service and food makes up for it in spades. Its the most central hotel by the beach and has the best sunset in the world to see at night. I highly recommend making a week of it.

In dire need of re-decoration; very noisy at night due to beach club next door. Building site right opposite our room; Would never stay here again. Unhelpful receptionist refused our request to move rooms. Air conditioning in room was noisy as was the fridge and bathroom fan.

Cottesloe Beach Hotel is a few minutes' walk from Cottesloe Beach, Perth's favorite surf beach. The hotel has good rooms with attractive views over the expansive Indian Ocean. It features both bars and restaurants. The Verandah Bar is a great place to have a drink after a dip in the Indian Ocean. Cottesloe Beach Hotel is a feature of Western Australia's Cottesloe Beach, which is well-liked by locals and families.

Ideally located just across the road from Cottesloe Beach. Good pub food with plenty of different beers on offer. Suggest the front bar as it has the best views of the ocean, but there is a back bar area as well. Seemed like a decent TAB area for the punters. Plenty of parking close-by and good friendly staff. Give it a try.

David was very welcoming. The extras were great (coffee etc). Super convenient, perfect location. Nice people around Cott, minimum of tattoos etc.... Train station not too far (1500m I believe) a bonus.

Perfect location to watch the sunset, situated opposite the beach, the staff are amazing, each one is polite and have a smile on their face when attending to you. David (Reception Manager) brilliant, so helpful and informative, totally sets your expectations for your stay. Things not on the website include; free beach towels, free deckchairs, free bodyboards and free bike hire, fully recommend this hotel, no negatives to mention.
