1박 가격이 40~50달러면 충분할 곳임. 체크인 시간이 1시간 가까이 걸려서 컴플레인 했더니 미안하다는 소리는 안하고 얼굴에 짜증난 표정으로 응대. 침구는 무슨 80년대 사용한거 같은 구식 침구에 침대도 상태가 안좋아서 허리 아픔 엘리베이터는 구식 엘리베이터 겨우 2개에 헬스장은 무슨 동네 조그만 구멍가게에 기구 몇개 꼬깃꼬깃 집어넣은 듯한 상태에, 헬스장 매니저같은 사람은 맨발로 드러누워서 게스트가 와도 안중에 없이 발가락 긁고 앉아 있음 기타 식당이나 바 등 편의시설 다 노후하고 비좁고 거지같음 그나마 수영장이 제일 나은데, 호텔인데도 흙탕물이 나오니 수질이 엉망일것 같아서 수영은 안했음 결론. 강력 비추

Un bref séjour, mais apprécié avec une variété culinaire de tout horizon. Un personnel actif.

Staff was very friendly and professional, airport pickup and drop off were on time & only a short 15 min drive to/from the hotel. Hotel was clean, restaurant buffet was limited but tasty. Pool is nice. Conference room was simple but fully adequate. Halls to the guest room were drab. Guest room and bathroom were nice. Only serious problem is the air conditioner. The AC capacity for the guest rooms is far too small for the number of rooms in the hotel. I never had more than the slightest bit of air flow and the temperature never dropped below upper 70s F. I requested a fan but the hotel has none. The housekeeper also turns off the AC during the day so when I arrived my room temperature was well over 80 degrees and took quite a while to cool just a bit. Then during the day, he turned it off and when I returned late afternoon the room was hot again.

The hotel was a complete disappointment. The Air conditioning does not work. I stayed there for 4 days and I was sweating the whole time. Benin is a very hot country but the hotel room is even hotter. I complained so many times but no solution was done. I will never come here again.

Azalai hotel is conveniently located just 15 minutes to the airport. Basic rooms. Power supply failure happened almost daily. Basic breakfast. Nice pool. Basic gym. Air con was noisy in my room. Nice view of the sea. Not allowed to walk on the beach. Hotel needs a complete renovation

The hotel is wonderful. Great location by the sea. Quick access to the airport and Harbor. Internet in my room was very poor. I had to always get out of my room to the lobby if I wanted to get any work done. Right in front of my door in the corridor, the internet worked but the moment I stepped in the room it got messy.

This is a good hotel. I think for convention events it's one option in the Cotonou city. Next to the Port Autonomous of Cotonou, easy to see ships movement all the day. Guest room it's fine, but no hot water shower. Restaurant for breakfast and other meals is international standard.

Nie korzystaliśmy z noclegu czy restauracji w tym hotelu . Za radą naszego kierowcy przyjechaliśmy tu wymienić pieniądze . Nocą na lotnisku wymiana skończyła się na drugiej osobie [ z braku miejscowej waluty ]. Tu podjechaliśmy i wydawało się ,że będzie podobny problem . Na szczęście tylko się wydawało .Szefowa kantoru policzyła ile będzie potrzebnej lokalnej kasy dla wszystkich . Przedzwoniła gdzie trzeba i za kilka minut wszystko sprawnie było załatwione . Ja w międzyczasie [ jako miłośnik słoni ] mogłem podziwiać "słoniowe dekoracje w hotelowym holu . O samym hotelu więcej nie wiem a tutejszy kantor można polecać . I mały polski akcent bo hotel mieści się w pobliżu ulicy Jana Pawła II .

L hôtel est en travaux donc pas de piscine .Pas de bar extérieur. On paye quand même le prix! J ai du changer de chambre car la 1ere il y avait des travaux dehors sur la terrasse... Pas de pression d eau dans les chambres. Chambre spacieuse Telecommande qui fonctionne une fois sur deux N allez pas chez le coiffeur . Salon triste et bordélique. Coupe de cheveux a revoir... Petit dej . On vous apporte l addition le plus vite possible.on ne peux pas prendre son temps. Buffet classique. Aucune information sur les prix petit dej ou repas du midi. Buffet compris ou non etc... même le personnel n est pas sur du tarif et comment cela fonctionne. Pour un hôtel de ce standing j attendais mieux.

Notre séjour à l'hôtel AZALAÏ COTONOU a été fort agréable; l'espace piscine est convivial et la proximité immédiate à la plage et son accès facile est très appréciable, ce qui est extrêmement rare à Cotonou. Le personnel est professionnel surtout l'agent de réception FIDELE qui est accueillant, souriant et efficace. Un grand merci à Fabrice, responsable-adjoint de la réception. Il a fait preuve d'un grand professionnalisme : il est à l'écoute et à trouvé des solutions adéquates lors d'une situation que j'ai vécu. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est varié et invite à un moment de plaisir pour nos papilles gustatives Tout le personnel de la restauration a été également très professionnel. Un grand bravo et merci !
