H10 Costa Adeje Palace

Came back again this year as we enjoyed this hotel last year. We came as two families with teenage children half board with the privilege package. They have made some great improvements this year, toilets in the privilege pool area and a new roof top area bar and pool area which was really nice. The same as last year the service was brilliant, all the staff were fantastic especially Margarita in the privilege pool. Daniel was also great. We had breakfast at la tosca restaurant most mornings which was great and the service and food was great. One area for improvement is the bar in the privilege area closes quite early, around 4.30 and if you go to the other bar close by you are charged which was disappointing. The bar and roof top pool was great and service from staff was excellent.

I love the location of the hotel, it's our 2nd stay here. The room was cleaned daily and the staff were mostly friendly, all were very efficient! The beach access gate is a massive bonus to the location, there are so many options to leave the resort for a few hours. The food is OK.... not great quality BUT I knew that before booking. We had salad or a snack some day's, there's something you can eat at each meal. The grounds and foyer are absolutely beautiful and very clean. I would stay here again without hesitation. The shuttle bus available is a massive bonus, well done H10!! As long as you don't expect high quality meat etc. you will be happy with your choice. The salad, cold meats etc. are all fresh. Don't be put off by ******* in the reviews, it's a lovely hotel just make an informed choice. I've been coming to Tenerife for 24 years and stayed in various area's & hotels on the island. I'd rate this in my top 2 in Tenerife.

Enjoyed every minute of our recent stay. We had paid extra for the privilege extras which we thought was worth every penny. This gave us access to privilege pool areas, restaurants and bars. The infinity pool area is wonderful and margarita is a great host but providing drinks and snacks almost every hour! Be prepared to come home a little heaver! There didn’t appear to be an issue with securing a sunned around the general pool area all areas where clean and tidy. We ate at the Japanese which was a fabulous experience, as a privilege guest it can be booked as many times during your stay via an app. The A La carte was nice, it’s always nice to have your food served to you. The wine was good and included (picture attached), I asked for the sweetest and the waiter happily obliged. The entertainment was average, there’s something for everyone. we went to Veronica’s a couple of nights €20 each way in taxi and it’s just as I remembered it from years ago…..absolutely mad! Overall we’d return to this hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed our trip.

The most beautiful hotel we have ever stayed at. We opted for Privilege but feel we wouldn’t do it again. It’s not great value unless you’re a big drinker. It also seems so elitist to go to a separate bar. In our opinion you should just be able to get drinks at any of the bars. The staff were really friendly especially Margarita at the Privilege pool. She’s absolutely fantastic! We only went to the buffet restaurant once but as we weren’t all inclusive we were made to feel like we were chancing our arm so we paid immediately so our waitress didn’t have a heart attack with the stress. The food was only ok, not fantastic veggie options. Breakfast in La Toscana was good but annoying that you had to book and couldn’t just come down when you’re ready. There were always plenty of available tables. At night the professional shows were good especially the Whitney Huston tribute. On the last morning I approached the Privilege desk and asked about a late check out. The lady there looked quite junior and just said “no It’s not possible”. I don’t think she tried very hard to check to be honest ! Finally I had an incident on the rooftop lounge. My daughter was very sad and lonely so I called her on FaceTime. A woman (guest) started shouting that I should get off my phone and move to a private area. There is no signage that this is a quiet area and I was not on the phone for a long time. I left the area very upset and did not returyggetr again.

Lovely hotel. Rooms were spacious and cleaned daily. Ala carte menu was fine, I’m a vegetarian so was good to have more than pizza to choose from. Couple of things you don’t know until you ask, as Privilege guests anyway. For example, we lugged our own cases to room, but when struggling en route down at the end of our stay a passing porter offered to help. We asked what was on the rooftop and discovered in passing it was a sunbathing area with a second infinity pool which was a nice surprise but this wasn’t volunteered at check in. We were three adults escaping children so would have been nice to have had our evening meal without the baby shark soundtrack/kids entertainment at 20:30-21:30 right outside the restaurant. All of that said, the hotel is definitely worth a stay, we ate in the buffet for lunch and it is definitely one of the classiest we’d been too. Staff were super friendly. Couple of nights had local band which was good for a boogie and the piano bar was a pleasant area to chill. Great stay for adults wanting to escape and relax, not so for younger parties I’d guess.

Me and my boyfriend spent a week here in August 2024. The hotel is beautiful and very clean around main areas and buffet / food area. The pools are good and loads of sub loungers can get one at any time of the day with no hassle. There are 2 salt water pools one the infinity and one of the big pools. The room we upgraded too was a family room with balcony, was a good size and nice view of sea. The bed was awful not worth the star rating the hotel has was very poor and hard. The rooms were cleaned but some deep cleaning in certain areas could be done I.e toilet shower area at lights. The food was good had choices for a variety only thing I wasn't keen on was most of the food didn't say what was in it so for allergies have to be careful the only sign was if it was vegetarian. Overall good selection. The staff were friendly and very nice at bar at entertainment area could be more staff present as sitting for ages waiting for drink orders to be taken and to have drinks brought over. Waiters coming removing used glasses but not taking orders after. Entertainment was great for all ages and very good each night. Rooftop bar area could be advertised better as anyone can use after a certain time I only found out last night and it was on social media beautiful view so would be sad to have missed this. Not really worth the upgrade unless you want proper quiet relaxing time child free. Charge to use the safe which I've never had before so this wasn't great as didn't work for first few nights. Drinks were very good all proper brands and good measures. Could have more options for lunch pool bar for fussy eaters. The restaurant across the road is lovely for anyone wanting to have a nice meal for a change. I would definitely stay with h10 hotels again and enjoyed my time here 😁

My partner and I stayed here for 7 days and we would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone. We would love to come back again ourselves. Lots of excursions available, complementary shuttle bus to Las Americas, local easy cheap bus service to many locations. Brilliant food selection, friendly staff and a beautifully designed hotel. Could not be happier with our stay!

I stayed in this hotel with my mother. It's a very nice resort, with good service, lots of food choices, lots of different pools and good access to the beach. Unfortunately the hotel does not have its own beach area, but there are public beaches nearby. Good evening entertainment is provided and there are great shows and activities every day for both children and adults. The staff are all very friendly and you feel comfortable! It was really great, but the beds were extremely hard and gave you back pain. Otherwise, I am very satisfied with our vacation at the H10Costa Adeje Palace in Tenerife!

Firstly, the garden surrounding the hotel and pools did not disappoint - very lush and well maintained. All inclusive dining area El Jable - both indoor and outdoor was very pleasant and we (including a relatively picky 15-year old) did like the food - good choice in my view. We've also visited the Sakura Teppanyaki restaurant (yummy and fun experience). The pools were great. Taxi hire was / seemed easy - there are many waiting in front of the hotel (used for a day's trip to Siam Park - about 15mns journey from the hotel and for airport transfer) or you can book one via reception at short notice. The walk along the beach towards the town was fantastic, though we've also rented an electric scooter to speed things up on the way back to the hotel. The room (Privilege) was fine - spacious enough and clean with a great pool / sea view. To finish off, I can't really fault the staff - they were polite and friendly.
