Very pleasant atmosphere, special hotel design both in the lobby and in the room.

It was the most amazing experience that i had in a hotel until now,at least from Romania,you find everything that you dream of:super good services,all the facilities that you need:spa,billiards,the rooms are amazing,super tasty,various and fresh food at breakfast....an amazing experience,words can t describe what a great feeling I have after this...I can t wait to come back,thank you for all this great experience in just one day 😊🤩

C’est du parfait, il y’a rien à redire. Tout le personnel est au petit soin tout est luxueux. Le personnel parle parfaitement anglais. Du grand luxe !!! Merci pour tout !

Excellent accomodation, plentiful and varied breakfast and highly qualified staff, not to mention the marvelous massages. The restaurant is cozy and they have a nice outside garden and the food is delicious, with a mediteranean touch. Altogether a wonderful experience that we repeate whenever possible.

Well to start, my stay at this so called fancy hotel was awful, after eating their pricey food (hummus with some sort of beef pieces) I ended up at the emergency room, with severe stomach pain, the doctors said that I have food poisoning, just to let you know during my stay at their hotel I only ate at the restaurant which is located near the reception(only ate there because the hotel is far away from other restaurants or city center), the rooms are dirty, the hotel is located near the main train station of Brasov, so that means you hear all the trains during the day and night, close to the hotel is a huge parking space where all the locals with modified cars hang out at night, so you can hear them too, I think it’s quite dangerous to stay at this hotel because it is located next to a GAS STATION, the staff is not well prepared, the SPA, dirtiest SPA ever, I came home with a huge rash on my skin, I am using menthol cream as I write this down that helps with the itching, I got fungus on my foot from their floors, the biggest issue I had, I found BEDBUGS under the mattress, I AM NOT RECOMENDING THIS HOTEL ! Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, just read that they own another hotel in Brasov, which is called QOSMO, probably the same thing is happening over there … in the end, be careful which hotel you chose, don’t let yourself get fooled like I did.

Exceptional. One of the best hotels we have stayed at anywhere. Beautiful clean, spacious rooms. Sincere, helpful staff, great breakfast, and a brilliant evening meal. Amazing bathroom, ultra modern, spotless, so happy to recommend this hotel.

Amazing hotel! We've been here with one small kid and an infant. The hotel is comfortable and luxury. Rooms are clean, beautiful, new and large. Close to all attractions including the old town (5 min in a car). Good breakfast and staff is so nice and helpful. The spa and pool are at extra cost but also very nice and the children enjoyed. There is a Gymboree where kids can stay without the parents for a few hours, it was helpful for us. In general, it was one of our best decisions in the trip. High value for money!

Only one night, but still memorable. The most comfortable beds and pillows we've seen in a long time. Rooms are very nice and clean, breakfast is 5-star. Perfect for business and very good for leisure too - not the best location for tourists but only 5-6 minutes by taxi or Uber to the center. Highly recommended.

A four star hotel that actually is worth of 5 stars. Lovely aesthetic and top class service, great food.

I spent 6 days at this Hotel and had a lovely time. Pleasantly surprised: - Had my favorite cocktail, Fruit Punch. Even when it was no longer on the menu, they offered to make it for me. Greatly appreciated! - Called about 5-10 minutes before they closed the kitchen due to a weird sleep I function on and had just woken up, they did not let me starve and made me food anyway. - Extremely pleasant and welcoming. Made my stay nice. Recommendations: - While I have nothing to complain about beside one thing [if asked for a wake up call, please follow through? :) I set 5 alarms too but it’s nice to have the reassurence of a 2nd option], I have a couple recommendations: a. You advertise in your booklet that you don’t allow order in because you want to cater to our needs and I must say, you did cater 99%. One small thing that was missing and I would like - please have option for breakfast for those that wake up and have to leave before your 7am opening for breakfast. [unless you do and then I apologize! ] b. It was not clear to me where I can adjust the room temp. I read your booklet which has pictures too [lovely touch!] but I could not find the thing and sometimes would have loved AC on. Overall, I will give you 1000/10, impecable and nice memories. Will come again for Christmas!

This was such a great experience at the Kronwell. The staff was absolutely amazing. The rooms are very clean and well appointed. The breakfast was perfect. It's a boutique hotel and located a little out of the way, however, ubers are readily available. There is a grocery store and a pharmacy nearby. I highly recommend this property.
