Our room on the 7th floor with gorgeous views perfect for us. Bathroom was just fine especially the walkin shower. Beds comfy and clean. Maid was so lovely and kind to us. Changed towels and clean room every day chocolates on our pillows. English channels. Restaurant beautiful amazing chefs&staff they work so hard. The amount of choice you can always find something to enjoy and deserts each day are fabulous. We enjoyed breakfast, lunch and dinner. Drinks and cocktails. Adult area gorgeous at the pool.♡

What a hotel the staff work so hard the rooms where clean the food was good they try there best to please there guest the entertainment team work very hard I would stay again there is always something on you can't complain to be fair u mite find a odd fault but ignore bad reviews I would say it mite be very busy in the school holidays with kids but it's a family hotel there is a adult only area thanks so much for making are holiday great

This hotel was so friendly and really clean one of the best we have stayed in for a long time . Would really recommend for all ages food was good and little touches like drink and ice creams bought round the pool and snacks hot and cold in the afternoon

I book this holiday with my friend to get away for a cheaper holiday and we picked this hotel with quite low expectation expecting just to use it as a base however we were so surprised with how great this hotel was, if you’re thinking of booking do not hesitate! I’ve stayed in a lot of all inclusive hotels and I was really impressed with the quality of this hotel. Rooms- I saw a lot of people talking about how dated the rooms were. Our room was lovely, no issue in the room at all. Nice, big bathroom. Was cleaned daily to a high standard and fresh towels everyday. Food- the food in the main restaurant was one of the best I have experienced for all inclusive. We booked fully expecting to go out and eat every night but we enjoyed the food and variety so much we ate at the hotel. The choices were very good, we particularly love the different paella every night, the stone baked pizza and the chicken cooked on the grill infront of you. Desserts were great with a really good selection. Breakfast was also very good. Would have liked a drink to be bought over in the evening instead of a help your self service. Location- easy walk to Siam park less than 10 minutes to walk all on a pavement. Close to the beach, bars and shops. Really liked the little touches at this hotel which you normally expect from 5* hotels such as bringing over ice creams and drinks to sun beds was a great added touch. Crisps in the afternoon whilst having late afternoon drinks. Good quality alcohol, lovely cocktails made by happy staff! I would happily stay here again, was a great value for money.

Can’t say enough good things about this hotel from start to finish we had a wonderful time my wife and myself love this place staff are really friendly and nothing is too much trouble this was our fourth time there and it has been great every time foods great and plenty of choices lots to do in and around the pool area the area surrounding the hotel is packed with bars restaurants and shops already planning our next trip

Myself and my partner who is coeliac stayed here for a week. The hotel was lovely, clean, and our room was great. The restaurant team could not have done enough for us. Being celiac, we got a freshly made gf pizza, pasta, tapas and sushi. The chefs were happy to show us around the buffet every night to show us what was gluten free. The chefs Johan and Miguel were especially fantastic. Big thank you for making our stay enjoyable, from the restaurant to the entertainment team, and we will be returning!

Brilliant 10 nights at this fab hotel, thoroughly enjoyed ourselves & will be returning for 2 weeks next year. The whole experience was brilliant from start to finish, amazing friendly staff, spotlessly clean throughout, delicious food & drinks & best of all a great a**osphere

Couldn't find fault with this hotel. The food, the staff and the service was superb. We will definitely be booking again for next year.
