Rooms really spacious, modern and clean. Rooms cleaned every 2 days. Plenty of sun beds round the pool. Staff polite and friendly. Hotel near bars restaurants and shopping places. A good cheap and cheerful break away I would return if the price was right.

Loved this hotel, staff, and everything about it in 2019, but this year I loved it even more and can’t wait to come back, the staff are friendly and polite (get the odd one who’s abit moody) but I’ve came to write a review more for ALBAN entertainment man, what a great smiley and happy person he is, made the holiday 10x better from the snake show, bingo, all the games in the day, and entertainment at night, brilliant with kids as well, Everything Alban did he did it from his heart, that man deserves to be recognised and he was in my eyes!!! The cleaners for the room was amazing as well! Me and my friend stayed in room A112 and it was cleaned ever 2 days!! I’m not a fussy eater so the food was 10/10 everyday, the security guys was amazing just so polite and spoke to you as well, just can’t fault this hotel one bit! I will recommend this hotel and it services to anyone! To all the staff especially Alban thank you so so much for your services and being amazing ❤️❤️

+ l’ll give 10 stars for staff.they are so friendly with kids. Rooms are nice and clean. Foods are ok not great. Pool and pool area always nice and clean Overall very good for families.👍🏻 - No tea bags or coffee in room No fan was available need pay separately for fan

Just returned from a week holiday at Laguna Park 1. After reading the review on this hotel I was worried about what to expect. From the minute we arrived we have enjoyed ourselves. The food is a hit or miss but always something to eat. Also you can ask the staff for a kids menu (chicken nuggets etc) sure it's not 5* but it doesn't claim to be. Kids entertainment every day and evening, the parrot show was fantastic. Over all a 10/10 holiday 😊

I went with friends in January 24. I think the reviews I've read are harsh as we had all the food and drink we wanted. We paid very little for a weeks holiday and had a really nice time. There was always something we found to eat at every meal. If it's not as hot as you would prefer, there's a microwave to heat it up. The drinks are just what you expect at an all inclusive but plenty of them. You can pay extra for premium drinks. But this is the norm. The breakfast were always good. I think people want 5 star treatment but at 3 star prices. The pool is cold and the sunbeds could do with an upgrade but we bought a lilo at the shop to put on top. It's a very cheap holiday which we enjoyed and recommended it to my family who are going in July.

me and my family came here for a week holiday. firstly the staff are so welcoming on arrival witch was very pleasing the food for all exclusive is a hit an miss some days but you get that everywhere. i enjoyed my stay that much that we will be making a return in november. once again brilliant week away cant fault it

Just returned from my fifth stay at this hotel, I plan to return again very soon. Great location and comfortable rooms - a perfect base for getting out and about for a wander to the beaches, restaurants, bars and shops. I don’t understand why people say all of the staff are rude - perhaps they’re reacting to the rudeness of the guests themselves? A simple please or thank you (grqcias) goes a long way! I found all the staff to be polite, friendly and always very helpful - especially the security guys, reception, cleaners and the bar staff. Some areas of the hotel could do with some TLC but the refurbished rooms are great. Food and drink are fine - if you’re expecting 5* book a different hotel - but overall, a great place for a few days away.

while the rooms were recently refurbished they were not best kept, showers leaked as did the kitchenet tap, the restaurant staff were unfriendly and hovered and watched as you were eating, the reception staff were more interested in their makeup or chatting than helping, the place in general was in a shabby state and in need of repair, the food was awful 95% of the time it was repurposed or reheated for a previous meal, do not go there is you are vegan or vegetarian. DO NOT BOOK HERE. felt unwelcome and unwanted the whole trip

9th May - 14th May 5 nights My experience was minimal room was cleaned every 2 days, staff were rude, good for a cheap stay, the pool was a positive, friendly for kids, the staff are not very accommodating to your needs, wanted better experiences.
