Quick getaway.... It's OK.... Basic clean but some areas need a little refresh. MDF sliding bathroom door is all damaged due to water and MDF not being friends, some of the lights not working. The stairs directly on entry could prove difficult for some as they are quite small. Both patio areas were well sized and had sunbeds in both, bit of a suntrap... 2 tvs but no English channels no biggy as don't come away for the TV.... Overall would I stay here again... Probably

Great location. Convenient to all amenities. Safe, quiet with helpful staff. Have been before and things are better now. We will be going back.

This complex is on the beach and in a brilliant location for all that Corralejo has to offer. Our apar**ent was basic, but very clean and with regular housekeeping throughout our stay. The patio was huge with 4 sunbeds and a table with chairs, and it's worth going for the sea views. Smashing.

Beds are defo comfy, not the fanciest of apt, good clean basic. Shower good, got exactly what we expected in the photos. Great size balcony downstairs & sunbeds on bedroom balcony. Very quiet at night , Back gate takes you rite on to beach. 1st beach bar Torro loco 20 seconds away with Music on in afternoon

This was our 3rd visit to Corralejo, but out first stay here. What a fantastic place. Quiet and peaceful apar**ents. We stayed in one of the Pool View apar**ents, which had recently been renovated, and was very spacious, cleaned regularly and well equipped. Laura on reception was great, very helpful and accommodating. The Location is superb, right on the beach, close to beach bars, bars and restaurants all within walking distance. We will be returning in 2024 for sure.

NEVER RETURN TO THIS PLACE AGAIN ITS NOT SAFE we were broken into on the second night when arriving bar staff picked my keys up asking what room I was staying in over friendly BEWARE OF DO6 its a set up this place .The police were called only came out when I found evidence of blood on light switch he came over the roof we think ,we also asked for ground floor apar**ent disabled access 15 stairs we had to carry a mobility scooter ,in case they came back to take the scooter ,got moved 6 days later noise from bar awful constant playing the same music, sunbed man demanding his money shouting at you till you pay ,iv sat an watched this place it needs new management all round an staff need crb check s ,I read reviews to late on this place . as it had happened i wish I'd never come to this place, only one good thing all the people stood by us they were totally amazing all they want is your cash mobile phone sunglasses BEWARE NEVER FELT SO FRIGHTENED ON HOLIDAY FROM HELL ...........

We stayed for 8 nights at Tao Caleta. One night a thief has entered into our apar**ent while we were sleeping.He stole the following goods: Phone,Jacket,Backpack, shoes,makeup,sunglasses,hat,etc.The “good luck “that we had was that the couch from living room (which is more a bench btw)is BROKEN and our 14 year old son could not sleep on it.Could you imagine what could happen if my child would have been there alone in the living room??? As I spoke to the neighbours i found out that this is a practice here at this property.Same thief took from them 700€ in cash. I have all the reasons to believe that the thief is hand in hand with somebody from inside as one side from the glass window (the one under the courtain)was closed but not blocked! Please read carefully the reviews before booking!

Myself and my wife stayed herd for 9 nights in March. We had an apar**ent with sea view. The complex is quite and at night no noise except the sound of the waves on the beach. We have booked to come back again next year. The receptionist left us have a late check out at 3pm as apar**ent wasn’t booked for that night. Pool is very quite and is a good size. There is a back gate that leads on to the beach and there are plenty of restaurants within a 1 minute walk. Don’t be put off by negative reviews as we nearly changed our minds when we booked reading some reviews. If you want basic accommodation that’s clean this is your spot.

Having booked prior to researching the reviews on Trip Advisor we were pleasantly surprised by these apar**ents. Some of the reviews suggested they’d fall short of customer satisfaction, however we were extremely happy with them. Extremely well located near to all shops, bars and eateries. Also rear of apar**ents had a path leading directly down onto the beach. Front and rear access could bd entered only with access codes so seem very safe as only accessible to people booked in to them. All apar**ents cleaned alternative days and towels changed. We did speak to a family of 3 who arrived late and had not been given access codes so were locked out and had to pay €300 to get a room for the night in an alternative hotel. TIP #1 - make sure you’re given access codes before you leave the airport!! Also whilst we were there several families locked their keys in their apar**ents, if you leave the keys inside and close the doors you lock yourself out. TIP #2 never leave the keys inside even if you’re only sat around the pool pop them into the lock on the OUTSIDE of the door so you’ll be able to get in when needed. The apar**ent is set over 2 floors accessed via a steep concrete tiled stair, in our apar**ent the top of the stairs were directly as you entered the front door. TIP #3 leave the light on at night so that when you come back you will notice the stairs as soon as you open the door. The set up of these apar**ents may also be a barrier for older people, people with mobility difficulties and young children as the stairs would pose access restrictions and/or fall hazard! All said we had a lovely stay and I’d go back. Very relaxing, friendly and peaceful 🩷
