Hotel is very ample and so are the rooms. However they need to train their staff on customer service. Staff was rude to the point that while at the gift shop my friend was mimic by an employee because she was speaking in spanish. In some cases I would say good morning to an employee passing by and no answer was returned. I witnessed a guest fall by the red snapper bar and not 1 employee came to assist the guest nor called anyone to help, they were just laughing. Another guest extended help and asked the laughing staff to supply her with ice to help the person that was hurt. The food options also need a bit of more variety. Overall most of the staff wasnt friendly nor welcoming.
