Smelled like smoke everywhere. The parking lot wasn’t well lit. There was urine in the toilet in my room, what looked like dirt or mud in the tub, the kitchen floor was sticky, there were bugs and what looked like mold in the dishwasher and it was very noisy. I explained to the front desk receptionist what the room looked like, she apologized and was very nice but I did not stay there and asked for a refund immediately. Really terrible experience overall except the staff was nice.

Never Again!! This place was awful…the reviews must be from employees because NO. The smell was soooo overpowering and it’s basic and cheap looking. They have “hourly” guests. Yuck. Didn’t even stay the night.

Checked out as soon as checking in. Everything was old, table was broken. Didn’t feel clean at all.

We needed a hotel close to the Bay Area hospital due to my son having a medical procedure. Room very nice & clean. Staff very friendly. Only complaint at no fault of hotel was people stomping around upstairs forr 2-3 hours, early in the morning.

The staff was nice but when I reserved, I read everything and it said breakfast and it said that our room was going to have two beds and a sofa bed but when we got there literally the smell of the whole hotel smelt a lot like Clorox and we only had two beds. We didn’t even have a couch And they tried to change his room but the other room the flooring was kind of bad so we just stayed on the previous one and the girl was nice and she gave us another small little bed but you could feel the springs on it so my little six-year-old slept on that bed because we would’ve felt it and anyways yeah there was no breakfast at all so they should change that

Room was okay. I wish they had better blankets and more trash cans and not just one. The room could have smelled better but overall it was a decent stay for one night.

Kitchenette with no dishes- no in room coffee pits.
“Continental Breakfast” was off brand granola bars and packets of oatmeal.
Coffee removed from lobby at 8am.
Front desk never staffed - placed in dirty room - couch had a literal hole in it

The woman at the front desk was so helpful. It was a very late/early check in and she got us in fast without a problem.
