The room is not big. And if you turn off the light, you cannot charge. 😅. But the breakfast is very good. Even much better than many hotels. The stuff is very nice. It’s ran by a family.

The Cornwall Inn was just a one night stop for us on our way from NYC to Massachusetts. Communication prior to our arrival was quick and clear. We arrived after check-in time, but easily found instructions and our room. The room was facing the road, but it was very quiet. The bed was comfortable with wonderful sheets! We had a great nights sleep. The continental breakfast the next morning had a nice assortment of fresh fruit, homemade bread, yogurt and cereal. The onsite manager was very friendly and helpful, pointing out a hiking trail for us before we drove north. The area around Kent is just beautiful with small New England villages dotting the landscape. Cornwall Inn would be a nice homemade to explore the area.

I loved my stay at the Kent Main Street Hideaway of the Cornwall Inn. Location was perfect. You can walk to all the restaurants, shops, and enjoy the charm, the quiet and beauty of the town. The innkeepers Stacey and Mark were always friendly and available to answer my questions and the room itself was clean, quiet, private and equipped with everything you need. Super comfortable bed, modern shower and bath. A wonderful home away from home. I would come back in a heartbeat!

The Cornwall Inn has become my home away from home. Recently sold my house in Litchfield and presently in the market searching for my forever home, while doing so I enjoy my stay at the Inn. The accommodations are clean, very comfortable and the Inn keepers, Stacey and Mark are hospitable hosts that provide excellent customer satisfaction.

The room was very comfortable, and we were able to control the temperature. Plenty of pillows and blankets. The breakfast was just great, including homemade granola, homemade banana bread, great cheese, fresh fruit and more. The owner was present and helpful. We were there in winter, but could tell the grounds and the pool would be great in season. Will stay again. Lots to do in the area.

It was a perfect place for our brief trip to Mohawk Ski Mountain. The owners are helpful personable and accommodating. The suite was spacious and comfy and the breakfast just right! The communal area has a fireplace and sunrooms overlooking an outdoor pool. Must be very pleasant in Summer!

I don’t even know where to start! Kent hideaway is a beautiful room. It was clean and newly updated. The location was even better! Walking distance to anything you could possibly need. We spent the entire weekend exploring. Definitely visiting again soon.

Mark was very helpful from start to finish. Gave us some great suggestions on where to go, what to do and what to eat. Very friendly. Super cute inn and very cozy. Loved it. Would come back again!

A girl friend nd I stayed in the periwinkle room which has two full size beds. The breakfast was lovely and more than we usually eat. There was homemade bread each day, hard boiled eggs, amazing homemade granola and plenty of fruit and yogurt. Mark gave us great suggestions for day trips in the area. We enjoyed the hike around Kent Falls especially and local restaurants. The room was clean and the beds comfy. In the last week of September the leaves were just beginning to turn, a treat for this Texan nonetheless. We would stay again with our husbands.
