We had the most wonderful time at this hotel!!! From the gentlemen who greeted us at the door, to the restaurant staff, to housekeeping, every interaction with staff was top notch. So many little touches made our stay special, We were greeted at check in with whiskey, the snacks in the room were a wonderful surprise, and our room even had its own Christmas tree! We utilized the concierge to make a dinner reservation for us and book a taxi into town, which was very convenient. The bed was comfortable and the bathrooms were modern and clean. Plenty of on-site parking with valet service offered. We utilized the outdoor hot tub which was great after a long day of walking. We ate dinner at the bistro and the food was amazing. This hotel was a highlight of our trip, we are so glad we stayed here!

This is my third time staying at Hayfield and I’m not sure how it is possible to stay in such a beautiful luxurious place but have it feel so homely at the same time. I really think the staff make it special they are always so welcoming, friendly and helpful. It isn’t often you stay somewhere and think the staff really all love their jobs. The food is amazing, breakfast is cooked fresh no hot buffet and the choice is huge. We ate dinner in their restaurant Perrott’s and it did not disappoint. If you are looking for a break you will want to repeat every year I highly recommend Hayfield Manor.

Myself and my husband stayed in Hayfield for one Sunday night at the end of April. We had both booked Monday off work and just wanted to switch off and recharge after a hectic few weeks. We had an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff are so welcoming and their service is second to none. We enjoyed a cocktail in the beautiful outside bar before checking in. Then we tried out the outdoor hot tub and steam room before enjoying an exquisite dinner in the Orchids Bar. If you like sweet desserts then I highly recommend the Baileys chocolate gateaux, it is divine! I also appreciated the little chocolate with the turn down service and our bed was incredibly soft and comfortable. The pool is open from 6.00a.m. so I had a quick dip and relaxed in the outdoor hot tub again before breakfast the next morning while my husband had a lie in. Breakfast has the best continental buffet selection we've ever seen with every possible taste catered to and there is a coffee and pastry station in reception if you have to go in a hurry. Check out is not until 12.00 so we had plenty of time to relax in our room afterwards. Overall we had a truly relaxing and luxurious stay in Hayfield and we'd highly recommend it. Life is short and it's important to make time for ourselves to relax reconnect.

I love the Hayfield. Such friendly staff. I came for tea some time ago with my wife and we loved it. I tried the seafood platter recently and it was by far the best I had in Irleland.

Above and beyond any 5- star I have experienced anywhere in the world. It truly was a function of the kindness and level of service and quality. The staff went out of their way to make sure our every need was taken care of. The preparation, and ability to accommodate our unique needs with grace and kindness in a trying time will never be forgotten. I will return.

The staff couldn’t do enough for us, very discreet and professional but with a human touch and a smile. Very comfortable room, delicious food and overall a very relaxing weekend. Loved it.

What a beautiful stay we had at Hayfield Manor. From the moment we arrived at the gate to the moment we left, we were treated so well. The kind and friendly welcome of each and every member of staff, to the delicious food & drinks and the absolutely gorgeous surroundings, we had a wonderful time. Thank you to the staff & management of Hayfield Manor, we will be back.

Such high standards, friendly personnel, amazing food, nice and equipped rooms, comfy bed, great food, cosy atmosphere and features and decoration well designed. Service with attentive. Indoor pool and jacuzzi area fascinating. You will definitely feel special in this hotel.

Wonderful hotel with nice decor and a relaxed atmopshere. Lovely location, friendly and helpful staff. Great food. Nice sunny garden for cocktails if you get the weather. If you are lucky enough to catch the piano man in the lobby, luck you. He's excellent!
