So hun. When I came in this place it was fun and pretty rare you know. But the pool is dirty and I seen a long piece of hair with something attached to it and someone left there door open and no one closed it. Pretty scary. You can come here if u want but I don’t recommend. They also lied about having a hot tub

I stay here frequently alone when conducting business in the area. This past visit an additional $150 was charged (Not just held) on my card in addition to the $100 hold that was expected. This is the 2nd time in the past year that I've had issues with being charged extra after my stay. Management is supposedly available only from 2-5 pm daily, but even when you call during that time, you get excuses as to why they're not available and to try the next day. They don't call you back either, you just have to keep calling and leaving your info over and over. My previous issue took weeks to fix. I surely hope that this one is rectified much more swiftly.

The two girls who were left to their own devices were clearly not trained to the extent that they needed to be left alone to run a hotel on their own. One said it was her first day and her boss left her to do things on her own.
They said my reservation was canceled. Which it wasn’t. I booked a king room, they gave me a double queen. I signed my paper work that had one room number on it, then she proceeded to hand me a room key with a totally different room on it. Which I did not stress about. All minor inconveniences until we were in the room for about 10 minutes and another guest proceeds to put his key in our door and WALK INTO OUR ROOM!!! We discussed it with them and got some things worked out. Oh and there were cockroaches in the bathtub.
This was not the fault of the poor girl who was left alone on her first day, but managements/owners for allowing that it to happen.

Had I read the previous reviews for this property I would not have stayed there. AmericInn used to be a good hotel. The new management totally ruined it.
The hotel is in disrepair, the hot tub is permanently closed, the “business center” does not exist. Pop machine is out of order, Ice machine is out of order, the pool room is ice cold, the pictures on the internet of the breakfast area and property are not at all what you will get. Totally misleading.
My son tripped and fell because the concrete is about an inch uneven right outside the front door.
Find somewhere else to stay, anywhere but here.

I booked a room for a night to get the family out of the house and let the kids play in the pool. When we checked in, we noticed that the floors are filthy all throughout the hotel, our key cards barely work. You have to swipe it about 20 times before you can access your room. Once in the room we noticed the bed sheets haven’t been cleaned. The hotel pictures show a hot tub which I’d no longer in service. The pool was out of towels, And the front desk had none, they were all in laundry still, this was at 4pm. The restroom in the pool area is disgusting. It’s a good location, we were hoping for better quality.

If you want to stay with cockroach’s and other type of insects then this is the place for you. It was very dirty and nasty

Very convenient location to work. Only one morning were there eggs. We ended up staying 5 days. Staff very helpful. Being diabetic there were no other non carb options. No salt and pepper the day they had hard boiled eggs.
