Chúng tôi thực sự rất thích ở lại khách sạn. Bữa sáng ngon, dịch vụ tuyệt vời!!! Chắc chắn sẽ ở lại đó một lần nữa nếu đến bali..

Vị trí tuyệt vời với rất nhiều cửa hàng, nhà hàng và tiệm mát-xa cạnh lối ra. Các nhân viên rất thân thiện, hữu ích và nói tiếng Anh tốt. Bữa sáng tự chọn và hồ bơi đều là điểm nổi bật trong kỳ nghỉ của chúng tôi. Ngoài ra còn có xe đưa đón chúng tôi đến bãi biển của khách sạn :)

Vị trí rất tốt với các quán ăn và bộ sưu tập bali n*** gần đó. Dịch vụ là tuyệt vời. Tuy nhiên, phòng khách sạn có vẻ hơi cũ.

It's a huge hotel with a huge swimming pool. You can just spend your day here without going out of the facility. They prepared a decoration and a cake for our wedding anniversary which we appreciate. Thank you. We also like the breakfast, with so many variety to choose from.

Front reception sent me a surprise with local fruit plate. Really nice people nice hotel

Hospitality: 10/10 Cleanliness: 9/10 Food: 10/10 Activities: 9/10 The staff were incredibly warm, courteous, and attentive throughout our stay. The rooms, common areas, and dining spaces are well maintained. The breakfast was delightful with a wide variety of options. We had the pleasure of joining the morning yoga session during our stay, and it was a wonderful experience.

I like this hotel. We stayed at it twice. Comfortable room with big beds, good service, nice territory with pools, very different and tasty breakfast, not far from good beach- everything is wonderful.

Breakfast had a lot of options but all were mediocre. Swimming pools was great. Location is good for relaxing but far from the centre of Bali.

A leisurely 15-minute walk will lead you to Bali Collection, a delightful marketplace of dining and shopping options, like a colorful carnival waiting to be explored. Our room, located on the ground floor, was just a few steps away from crystal-clear pools that beckoned us to jump right in. There's nothing quite like the morning sun’s embrace as you enjoy breakfast poolside, surrounded by the soothing sounds of splashing water and laughter. Spending Christmas in this hotel was an experience filled with warmth and joy, albeit it was a full house! Breakfast became a bustling event, with throngs of visitors filling every available spot. “Tap, clatter, shuffle!” – the sounds of eager guests navigating through the dining area as the staff worked tirelessly to accommodate everyone. While more tables were added to manage the crowd, it did create a bit of a maze that sometimes felt restricted, but the festive atmosphere overshadowed the minor inconveniences. The most heartwarming moment came from the delightful hotel staff, who surprised us with Christmas stockings overflowing with baked treats and sweets, an unexpected and delightful gesture that made our stay feel truly special. These small touches made the holiday unforgettable, filling our hearts with cheer and warmth. In this hotel, every corner tells a story, and though it may not shine with newness, its spirit and community make it a wonderful place to stay. If you’re looking for a cozy retreat that thrives on genuine hospitality and the magic of the festive season, this hotel might just be the perfect fit for you. I left with a heart full of gratitude and fond memories, reminding me that sometimes the most beautiful experiences come from the simplest places.

It was really a pleasant stay.I booked a deluxe room but was upgraded to premium deluxe room 3102.It was decorated nicely with anniversary wishes and cake.Thank you Courtyard by Marriot.The breakfast pastries especially the Bomboloni was awesome.Definitely will come back again although this is my second time stay in Courtyard.

What a wonderful hotel, the staff are friendly and very helpful. The amenities were excellent, the rooms are kept clean and are comfortable. No slides in the pool area but they had a small lazy river in the sister hotel which the kids enjoyed, they did have a few relaxing bean bag floats in the pool which were good. Downside was that they had an outdoor jacuzzi but it didn’t work well, it was warm but no jets. The pool, beach areas are kept clean and tidy and there were plenty of sun beds. The shuttle service was excellent. Breakfast was excellent, and the afternoon snacks by the pool were good too. Prices are a bit on the high side but that was expected.

The hotel was clean, and rooms were spacious, however feel like the noise from the hallways is quite loud especially at night/early morning. Breakfast was fine for the price, but we skipped it the second day to eat out instead. Kids club was good and the staff there were lovely. Location is a bit far from the main area and the free shuttle is only hourly, so very inconvenience and a grab costs about 60k to go to the beach area

The hotel is situated at a very convenient location - near the Nusa Dua beach and Bali collection. Able to see the beautiful beach and also shop around the vicinity. Service was also good, staff were polite and were quick to respond to requests. However, there were issues with cleanliness. The bedsheets had stains on them. I had asked for a change the next day. The door handles were not clean as well. The bathroom sink was also clogged. I had to get them to fix it almost every day I was there. The soundproofing of the rooms was also poor. I could hear babies crying in the middle of the night and it was very disruptive for sleeping. Even at the low price point with its convenient location, I would not recommend the hotel if you are looking for a restful relaxing stay.
