Vị trí tuyệt vời với rất nhiều cửa hàng, nhà hàng và tiệm mát-xa cạnh lối ra. Các nhân viên rất thân thiện, hữu ích và nói tiếng Anh tốt. Bữa sáng tự chọn và hồ bơi đều là điểm nổi bật trong kỳ nghỉ của chúng tôi. Ngoài ra còn có xe đưa đón chúng tôi đến bãi biển của khách sạn :)

Vị trí rất tốt với các quán ăn và bộ sưu tập bali n*** gần đó.

Location is good with side gate linking to main road which have lots of massage parlours and restaurants. Spacious and clean room.

Overall, the hotel is clean. Breakfast and pool were great. There is a short 10 min ride to the beach club. Lots of nice restaurants around too.
I really wanted to enjoy my stay, unfortunately, once we got checked in, we stumbled upon a crazy nauseating smell from the air freshener in our room. The smell wouldn’t go away even with the purifier, provided by staff.

Overall, it is a great hotel for you and your family to stay in Bali. Services are great (check-in, check-out, room-service, dining, etc.) all very good. The swimming pool is amazing and we did have a great time there! Thank you so much!

The hallways, reception and dining area aren’t well ventilated so it’s extremely hot . The staff are friendly and welcoming . Many delicious breakfast options . The rooms are simple , not really worth the price . The pool is nice . The location is great .

Nice stay and good deals for half-board stay.
Dinner with many buffet choices and yummy.
Breakfast was fun with squirrels around.
Walking distance to the beach, enjoy the morning walk to see sun rise.

Clean and beautiful. Bathroom is spacious. Direct view to swimming pool. Children love the room is spacious.

Really wonderful stay overall. Staff were well trained and friendly. Attended to my requests promptly and with a smile. The pool was wonderful and I loved lazing around in and around the pool. The bed was comfortable enough and location is ideal

It’s a good place to stay in Bali, the room is clean and the location is great. The breakfast is also worth to try. Have a nice 3 days here.

Big room with balcony, breakfast has a lot of nice choices. The room can be slightly brighter. Celebrating birthday there and they gave us a bday cake and had some cute drawings on the mirror.

There was not even 1 vegan/vegetarian (egg free) dessert in the whole breakfast menu and this was disappointing. We requested pasta from kitchen and it came up with boiled bland pasta topped with pasta sauce with no vegetables, olives or spices. Then on the next day we ordered stir fry vegetables and every piece of Cauliflower in that dish has Black spots on it and wasn't cleaned properly. We notified the kitchen with feedback that it was disappointing to see such a low quality food in an 5 star hotel. We stayed in Conrad last time and they catered Egg free vegetarian desserts for us, unfortunately as mentioned above I would have preferred more choices in vegetarian desserts, breads etc with a clear labelling on each item if this was suitable for vegetarian's, Otherwise the facility was very clean and staff was very friendly. It is certainly a nice place to stay except for Vegetarian breakfast options.

We stayed in the hotel for 8 days and everything was just perfect.
Hotel located perfectly, not a beach front but it is 10 min walk which is actually quite nice. Breakfast was spectacular, hotel site is quite big, beautiful nature and very clean.
But one very nasty accident happened that spoiled completely the whole stay. Feb 14th, 15th we only ate in the hotel, both dinners had oysters. 16th in the middle of the night we woke up with the worst food poisoning possible. Spent 5 hours in the ER doing IV and still couldn't even stand or sit.
Severe bacterial food poisoning was confirmed by a doctor and we didn't eat anywhere but in the hotel for 2 days prior to that and we had a proof. But the hotel denied even simple APOLOGY as "no one else got sick". Hotel manager never came out to talk to me and basically blew us off. I'm very disappointed and I would complain everywhere I possibly can about that matter.
