Lugar aconchegante e tranquilo com uma ótima vista pra cidade de conselheiro Lafaiete, ótima comida sempre pontuais nos horários e uma equipe muito profissional e educada com os hóspedes,sem motivos para reclamar ,apenas agradecer a experiência

Funcionários simpáticos e educados, ambiente limpo, restaurante com boas opções, estacionamento de fácil acesso, bem como a própria localização do hotel. Internet funcionando bem. Recomendo a experiência e irei retornar em outras oportunidades em que estiver na cidade.

Um hotel que recomendo para todos meus amigos de trabalho e turismo. Quarto confortável, restaurante com bastante diversidades, localização excelente, café da manhã com infinitas variedades. Acomodações que não deixa desejar para qualquer outro hotel de grandes capitais.

A equipe demonstrou profissionalismo e cortesia, tornando a experiência ainda mais agradável. No entanto, o custo da estadia poderia ser mais acessível, especialmente para estadias prolongadas relacionadas ao trabalho. Considerando a qualidade do serviço oferecido, uma política de preços mais flexível ou descontos para clientes corporativos poderiam ser considerados. No geral, uma experiência positiva, mas com margem para melhorias no aspecto financeiro.

Cama, lençóis, toalhas espaço do quarto 100% apropriado em relação ao valor que oferece. Faço a sugestão da cama de casa não ser emendada por 2 de solteiro, isso gera um leve desconforto no encontro entre as duas camas. ...............................

Num geral, tudo é muito bom. Quartos e banheiro amplos, travesseiros bom, roupa de cama e toalha de banho novas. Restaurante do hotel muito bom. Somente o estacionamento deixa a desejar um pouco por ser muito pequeno e receber um fluxo muito grande de carros.
