A change from usual in so much that we had a log cabin rather that a bedroom in the main hotel. We are obviously used to more space but we managed ok. The cabin was clean and tidy and had everything we need with easy access to the outdoor swimming pool and the other internal facilities that were available. Breakfast was also very good as well with good options and very good service. Enjoyed staying here.

Deseando volver de nuevo para disfrutar de este magnífico complejo, pero sobre todo de la atención, profesionalidad y amabilidad de todo su personal, en especial de la competencia, atención y simpatía de Martín en la recepción, el servicio amable y eficaz de Pepa en el comedor y en la piscina, de Paco cuyo entusiasmo por su trabajo y la extraordinaria calidad humana de la que hace gala, están fuera de serie. GRACIAS A TODOS.

Tardaron un poco en darnos la.habitacion pero fue normal.delsnte nuestra había llegado un autocar muy amables todos yo personalmente me di un tratamiento y Manoli lo más amable pero por lo que vi todo el.personal de diez

Balneario sencillo, pero muy completo, cómodo, bonito y agradable. Situado en un entorno estupendo. Geniales tratamientos. Buenas y bonitas instalaciones. Y todo el personal es magnífico (recepción, tratamientos, piscinas, restaurante, cafetería, limpieza, mantenimiento.... todos). La estancia ha sido maravillosa.

Muy bien ubicado en una zona histórica, bonito, buen servicio de hostelería, piscina climatizada, excelentes y variados menús, personal de tratamientos atento, habitaciones estupendas con baño, terracita, tendedero. Bonitas zonas para pasear.

Hemos estado una semana en este balneario en pensión completa mas tratamientos. Debo decir que tiene cosas buenas, la comida es buena. El personal es un encanto, todos, todos y los de la piscina increíblemente amables. El lugar está muy bien, con sus jardines y la arquitectura tipo árabe. Los tratamientos está bien también pero solo nos entraban 2 cada día. La habitación estaba correcta y la cama muy cómoda. La limpieza correcta. Y ahora viene lo malo: En el desayuno, solo había atendiendo una persona, y como es bufet asistido, todo lo tenía que hacer ella, tostar el pan, servir los platos, poner el café, etc. y claro está no podía con todo. Muchos dias tomábamos el café cuando ya no teníamos ni tostada ni nada. Otra cosa a mejorar es el aforo de la piscina. En esa piscina pueden entrar personas externas al balneario y por lo tanto estaba abarrotada de gente en los días de mas calor de agosto. Con el tema covid creo que deberían hacer algo para que no se junte tanta gente en la piscina.

Lite speciellt boende, vi bodde i små stugor i ett fint område. Valet av hotellet var bland annat tillgången av utomhus pool som visade sig inte vara öppen trots +38-42 grader, ingen information om detta vid bokningen. Varje dag blev vi bortmotade från bordet vi satt oss vid under frukosten, inga skyltar som visade reserverat. Frukosten genomgående tunn, inga varma rätter utan allt kallt inklusive ägg, inga grönsaker som ex tomat eller gurka.

En general muy bien como en otras ocasiones, pero al ser verano la piscina exterior muy masificada con personas no alojadas en el Balneario y familias enteras formando alboroto sin control, imposible para alojados, hamacas insuficientes,imposible pasear por césped o jardines muy masificados. creo que deberían tener esto muy en cuenta, respecto a la piscina interior bastante correcta pero a veces también con cafres si control.
