Quiet, clean, convenient and safe Hyatt House = so close to COS Airport. Easy check-in and out and with the kitchen suite or mini-kitchen also easy to bring or make your own food. The surrounding area is in full construction mode so that's the only aesthethic drawback. Wonderful pool and fun little bar. Rooms are spacious and well-appointed.

We had rough start. If you select pay at hotel with this location, they charge you vefore you arrive anyways.
Upon arrival, they first gave us the wrong room type then when given the correct room type, it took 3 tries to get keys that worked. After 6 hours of driving and with little kids in tow...and a room at the opposite end of the welcome desk...this made for a rough start.
The room itself was nice except for a slow draining tub that had stains in the tub itself. Not many kids channels on the television either.
All in all, it was good for overnight but it seems they have some kinks to work out.

Great family stay. Two nights in Colorado Springs on our way home from Christmas. Kristin went above and beyond to make our stay great. Room was comfy and spacious.

Only complaint is there was no glasses in the room. It was very late when we checked in so didn't want to go get some. Not a huge deal but would have been nice to have some
