Our first Paris trip was very nice. Thanks to this hotel. Accessible to grocery shops and the tram for transpo going to the center.

Contente car beaucoup mieux que ma dernière visite. Propre, service au top, emplacement très bien desservi avec un Leclerc à proximité et des restaurants, fast food aussi. Beaucoup

Un hôtel ou j’ai l’habitude d’aller quand je suis à Paris et malheureusement c’est la première fois où je suis déçu car la chambre n’était pas propre et d’autres petite choses n’allait pas non plus. J’espère que la prochaine sera mieux.

Accueil du personnel rien n’a dire , Nous avons eu nos chambre rapidement et l’emplacement est proche des transports

Stayed here last week for one night and had to change rooms twice. The first room flooded as I was in the shower, I said I was happy to stay in the room as long as someone was able to mop up the water that had flooded into the kitchen. The receptionist suggested that it would be ME that had to clean it up. He moved me into a different room on the 9th floor, however upon checking in, it was apparent that this room had already been assigned to another guest and it was full of their belongings, back down to reception I go again… The final room was clean, however this had two single beds instead of a double, but I was too tired to argue. No apology or refund was offered by the receptionist. Also beware, they take an EUR 150.00 pre-authorisation from your card on check-in. This is not mentioned anywhere at booking or on the website. I have emailed to complain, yet I am still waiting on a response 5 days later. Would not recommend

The hotel and facilities are good for the price. Nothing to object, however the staff and service offered is something else. I travelled from the UK with my 9 year old son for a weekend, despite having Pre contacted the hotel to double check option for late check out and room status receptionist couldn't find my room when I got there at 12 midnight with my son. None if staff can't speak any other language than French at any level, I only speak Spanish and English so that was tricky. He took my ID andbended up giving one a room I think more to get rid if me as obviously I had an email confirmation. The code I was given would work, went back down. He had to change my twice due to same issue. Room wasn't proper ready as bins were full my decide no to say anything, least of my problem. Following morning went down and asked the new receptionist if everything was OK, he said it was and confirmed my name, first name. Paid for breakfast. I had to ran into the kitchen numerous times as there were no plates, cutlery or even mugs. Spent day in Paris and came back around 9pm. Again my room door wouldn't open. Back to reception. Staff member asked my name to confirm, when I said my full name, he denied, I said yes, that's my name, I checked in last night. Well they had a booking with my first name but a totally different last name, for two adults even though I travelled with a kid. So they checked me in under a completely different identity and despite my attempts for changing that I ended up giving up because the language barrier is actually a pain. The problem with the door not opening lasted all weekend. I ended up checking one day earlier and staying at my friend's. It's a shame because the hotel is nice but service is appalling. You can also see they are getting annoyed when you can't speak French what I would understand if they had no made as many mistakes. I prepaid for my room and completed online checking to avoid having to communicate that much but obviously even though. Frustrating

No heating the first night, No shampoo the second night. NO HOT WATER nor shampoo the 3rd night. No cleaning service. Awful service, and the reception is just unfriendly, nonchalant and reckless. They just don't care about you. Go away, find something else.

Simple aparthotel with chronic lift issues. Staff very friendly and breakfast/free tea and coffee are a nice touch . Unfortunately the lifts were out of order so it was a difficult stay as a family despite them moving us a few floors closer to ground. It seems to have been an issue for a while given the reviews elsehwere. The location is out of the city centre easily accesible by tram number 2 from La Defense. Unfortunately this tram is very busy at seemingly all times of day (including weekends) so not the best experience with luggage/stroller. The price is good for Paris standards obviously.

Excelente apart Hotel, instalaçoes bem equipadas, confortáveis e espaçosas. localização otima com transporte público a porta sendo 2 km de La défense aonde voce pode usar RER e Linha 1 do metro que vai a todos os lugares. região com farto comercio, supermercado em frente, restaurante, bares, farmacia e muito segura. Vizinhança simpática e local silencioso. Atendimento maravilhoso, impecável, fomos atendidos com muita alegria e delicadeza por todos, a gerente muito simpática agradavel e destaque para o funcionário MARCI que é educado, alegre, gentil e muito ativo. Eu sempre usei outro apart em La Defense mas agora só quero hospedagem neste em Colombes. Adoramos e recomendamos muito. Fomos acolhidos como em casa. Tem estacionamento subterraneo, varanda em alguns aparts e uma area de jardim adoravel. Apart Sensacional. Preço otimo para a qualidade.

Ascenseur en panne, chambre dépourvue de détecteur incendie, seul le support est existant, barre de douche complètement desserrée, geste commercial demandé suite à une erreur de ma part qui m'a fait payer deux fois la chambre, personnels insensibles à ma requête, seul le gain les intéresse, rien à faire des clients

Habitaciones perfectas,personal agradable,lástima que el ascensor no funcionaba durante los 4 días de estancia,pero por lo demás todo perfecto. Servicio en el hall de chocolate,te,café,gratuito 24/7,pàrquing muy accesible,muy tranquilo ,sin ruidos,cocina habitación completa.sin duda pienso volver.

C'était mon deuxième séjour dans cet hôtel Adagio Colombes. La première fois j'y avais été très bien reçue et ma chambre nickel. Rien à dire également sur la propreté de ma chambre et de l'hôtel lors de mon deuxième séjour. J'ai néanmoins été déçue par la panne d'ascenseur qui a gâché un peu l'ambiance et déteint sur la gentillesse des équipes. J'ai fait remonter ma déception à la directrice le même jour car la chambre qui m'avait été attribuée était au 6 ème étage. La directrice a été à l'écoute et a immédiatement pris la main en m'attribuant une chambre disponible au deuxième étage. Comme compensation j'ai eu le droit de libérer ma chambre plus tard que l'heure du check-out car j'avais un vol en fin d'après-midi. C'est un hôtel super, que le personnel continue de garder sa bonne humeur. Un merci particulier à la directrice pour sa réactivité et son professionnalisme.

Une équipe très professionnelle en dépit de la panne d'ascenseur ! J'ai été dans cet hôtel il y a une semaine. Il est situé à proximité des transports et pas loin de la défense, ce qui est agréable pour les déplacements. L'équipe est très gentille et serviable, les réceptionnistes ont été très courtois et professionnels. Quand ils m'ont annoncé que l'ascenseur était en panne j'ai paniqué mais, j'ai été rassurée par la directrice qui m'a dit que le problème était en cours de résolution. Le personnel était à l'écoute de mes demandes, ils m'ont attribué une chambre au deuxième étage et l'un des réceptionnistes a eu la gentillesse de porter mes valises jusqu'à ma porte. À ma descente, la directrice m'a demandé si ma chambre était confortable en me disant que si j'avais une autre demande particulière que je n'hésite pas. Bref, j'ai trouvé le personnel de cet hôtel très professionnel et dévoué.

C'était notre troisième séjour dans cet Adagio récent, très propre et très confortable. Le personnel est très accueillant et Sakira au petit-déjeuner est aux petits soins et très efficace. Le tram, bus sont à 2mn. Nous avons hâte de revenir. Merci.
