Môi trường vệ sinh của khách sạn tốt và nhân viên lễ tân cũng sẵn lòng giúp chúng tôi giải quyết các vấn đề. Nhưng vị trí tương đối hẻo lánh, xa trung tâm thành phố, đi bộ đến đó mất khoảng 10 phút. Thời gian trả phòng tương đối sớm, quý khách cần trả phòng lúc 11 giờ cùng ngày.

I attended a concert at Die Kantine and that’s the reason why I stayed here. It’s pretty close to the concert area. There’s a wedding venue near by, but the sound isolation of the hotel is perfect that it doesn’t disturb at all. The room was so silent and clean, the bed was comfortable. I had a really good sleep! The reception stuff was so helpful and friendly. Next train station in 10 min by foot. I can recommend it!

Modern, clean rooms that were perfect for me travelling alone. Very helpful staff. Breakfast was simple, but good. Fairly close to U-Bahn station Niehl Nord, so the connection to the city center is fairly good too. I found the room to be extremely warm and couldn't figure out how the climate control unit worked, but that is a matter of preference.

Günstiges Hotel bei dem das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt etwas außerhalb aber mit Ubahn ist die Innenstadt gut zu erreichen. Frühstück vom Buffet für 12,5€ pro Person absolut gut und ausreichend. Personal nett und die Zimmer neu und auf einem sauberen Stand. Störend sind nur die 2 Einzelbetten die zu einem Doppelbett zusammen geschoben wurden, da zwischen den Matratzen ein Spalt entstand.

Gut erreichbar, sehr nettes Personal. Zu empfehlen.

Für eine Hochzeit im benachbarten Saal, perfekte Lage. Ansonsten gab es auch nichts zu bemängeln:).

Sehr gut und freundlich.

Clean, comfortable room, friendly stuff, but they mean nothing, if you cannot sleep because of a wedding celebration in the same Courtyard. Event location sticked to the same Building. Full of people around and in the hotel until 1.30 am. No free parking space because of hundreds of guest cars. It was a bad surprise and hard to believe.

the hotel rooms were acceptable but most rooms windows faced out into a horse shoe shaped courtyard which was the entry point for a large events hall within the hotel complex. During my stay of 4 nights there were events on there every night lasting to the early hours of the morning with a great deal of noise making it impossible to sleep. people were also drinking and making noise in this courtyard as well as noise when departing with bibbing vehicle horns. In summary a terrible location for a hotel. I have submitted a sepearte email claim to hotel copied to **********. It is the hotels responsibility to inform guests by way of ********** or directly if necessary of these potential issues at time of booking. I recieved no such advice.
