Standard room跟primer room不在一棟樓，攜程預訂的時候沒有提前説明，去到大堂checkin服務員菜告知這一點，拿着大行李箱又跑去馬路對面，很不方便。給了我們大一點面積最高樓層6樓的房間，麪結確實夠大，但連個椅子都沒配，沙發缺個茶几。想辦公寫點什麼的都不行。設施太舊了，跟國內的如家7天差不多水準。走400米可以到地鐵口，2個站到大教堂，位置很方便，但是周邊沒有什麼商業，坐一個站到Ebert plaza有rewe超市，解決日常生活用品沒問題。

Das Hotel ist zu Fuß ca. 15 Minuten vom Dom entfernt. Parkplätze sind vorhanden. 20 EUR sind aus meiner Sicht für einen Parkplatz in dieser Lage ok. Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig. Frühstück war sehr umfangreich, was ich für 16 EUR nicht erwartet hätte. Absolut zu empfehlen. Gerne wieder.

Very cold and plastic staff . Except Maia everyone else were very poor in hospitality, they worked like machines no emotion no smile . Language in the restaurant was an Issue , they were finding it difficult to comprehend what we were asking for. Very average hotel at a good location, though rooms were pretty standard. I would look for better properties next time .

Great for family, and good location. We had a perfect two night stay, on our way home to Denmark. Our kids were very tired, and they were short staffed when we checked in at night, and they didn’t have the staff to bring food to our room, but offered instantly to call our room when the food was ready and I went to take it up to our room. Very friendly staff, that will do all they can to help the guests! If we come back to Cologne, we will be happy to be back! 🙏

Hotel was within walking distance to most places. Room was spacious, bed was very comfortable. Room temperature was warm but cooled down with air conditioning and opening window. Window had no child lock and opened very wide quite dangerous from the 4th floor. Shower was very nice, hot water and complimentary toiletries. TV mainly all German channels. WiFi quite intermittent Only a coffee machine in room but was provided a kettle as my fiancé only drinks tea. Lift out of order but was offered a lower ground floor room which was nice of them. I managed to make it up the stairs finally!! Staff very attentive and the food was very nice in the restaurant. Would stay there again.

We were met by friendly and professional staff. Hotel services good not excellent. Great breakfast, however evening restaurant not worth a visit. Great pool
