Manor Farm B&B

Staying the night here after landing at Heathrow was a great decision. Incredibly beautiful old farmhouse with beams and features galore which was incredibly clean and comfortable, and had a wonderful bath. Our hosts were great and cooked us the best breakfast of our stay in the UK. And as they owned the village pub down the road, we had a delicious meal and drinks there too. A real highlight was the evening walk and morning run along the Saxon Shore Way. Beautiful and spectacular.

We felt very welcome and really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was delicious and generous, and the room comfortable.

5 star accommodation all the way. Cannot recommend this establishment highly enough. Superb room, spotlessly clean, wonderful breakfast selection and finally an exceptional host. Nobody should be disappointed, if you book a stay at Manor Farm.

We were fortunate to stay here on a trip to Wales and England. When we arrived, the owners were moving cattle. Their daughter greeted us when she arrived from the pasture and explained that this is a working farm. We loved it from that moment! The room was enormous and well-decorated and appointed. Our room had two twin beds and a private bath adjacent (not en suite) at the top of some stairs. Everything about the room and bath was comfortable, spotless, and in fine condition. Sleep quality is excellent here. Breakfast was served by the owner, Sarah, and it was delicious. There had been an electrical problem in her kitchen, but we would not have realized it because she served hot, plentiful, and scrumptious breakfasts and great coffee in spite of the glitches. A very friendly lady, Sarah chatted with us and other guests for a bit about her farm and the area. We thoroughly enjoyed meeting her. If you are looking for a delightful country stay, with lots of English country character, a sound sleep, welcoming and friendly hosts, and an outstanding breakfast, you have found it. If we're ever fortunate enough to return to this area, we would definitely stay here again.

This is top grade B&B accomodation, we couldn't fault it in any way. Large rooms and en suite, all very comfortable. It's a genuine old manor house so there are stairs and the house has age and character, don't expect modern in any way. A lovely host who couldn't do enough to make your stay the best possible. Good breakfast, no-one will go hungry. . Manor Farm is situated in a lovely area which has loads to see and do If you are looking for a good and comfortable stay in this area, Look no further.

Me and my husband had a fantastic weekend break here. Lovely clean and spacious rooms A home full of character and charm Awesome belly busting breakfasts and a wonderful host who couldn't do enough to help us figure out where to eat and what to do with our time.

Sarah was really friendly and approachable. I wonder is the stairs might be a problem for elderly guests. The lain road through the village has a good number of HGV’s which was unexpected

I could not have been more delighted with absolutely everything here. The booking company (SuperTravel - don't ever use them) never contacted Sarah, the owner, about our reservation, so when we arrived, she stated she didn't have any information about it/us, but immediately made it happen for us to stay in the Master Bedroom, which is stunning and so very comfortable. Sarah recommended the Sheafs Inn for dinner, just down the road, and it was so good that we returned the next evening. I could go on for ever about Sarah's kind and genial hospitality, and how she defines hospitality, but let me state that her breakfast is over the top exquisite! If you wish for a truly outstanding experience in the heart of the English/Wiltshire countryside, you're be hard-pressed to find something lovelier. Thank you Sarah - Amalia and I will be back!
