Het hotel is goed gelegen, naast winkeltjes waar je tot 22 uur kunt kuieren. Pendeldienst om het kwartier naar hun privé strand met bar en ligzetels. Prima . Poetsdienst in het hotel is in orde, elke dag is de minibar gratis aangevuld . Wel een groot MINpunt van de kamer zijn de keiharde matrassen waardoor je na een week enorm veel rugpijn krijgt. Eten in het restaurant is lekker, gevarieerd en verzorgd. Het ontbijt is net iets minder… weinig zoete dingen, eerder hartig …., maar ook geen bacon bvb. Ik kan het hotel wel aanraden , de all in formule is dik OK , cocktails zijn lekker…, dit alles voor een correcte prijs .

Otelin yemekleri gerçekten çok lezzetliydi. Sadece soğuk büfe ve pasta/tatlı bölümler daha iyi olabilirdi.

We are still here at the resort and enjoying it thoroughly. Local amenities a short walk away. Clean tattoo shops with excellent artists. Shuttle ride to the beach from the hotel, lovely driver very happy. Staff are amazing so kind and accommodating. The accommodation was comfortable and clean, with attentive staff ensuring a seamless experience. I spent my days on adventures booked locally with InLand travel ( corner of next street). It’s quiet at the moment so soaking in the tranquility of the surroundings. Some building work at adjacent properties but not bothersome. The resort's restaurant served up delicious meals, always something to eat. I also recommend the mojitos . Overall, Crown Serenity provided the perfect escape from reality, and I will return home feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Highly recommend for anyone in need of a relaxing beach holiday.

We arrived at the hotel 1 May and leave this week. The hotel is clean, the staff lovely and the facilities great. Yes, it’s looking a little tired and needs an upgrade but all in all for what we paid, I wouldn’t complain. There is building works across the road which you can see from one of the 3 pool areas but no excessive noise at present. The hotel is a bit out of the way but they have shuttle bus every ten minutes to the beach where you will find a complete pool bar with free drinks and food as you would find at the beach bar at the hotel or in the restaurant. The restaurant provides many different foods to accommodate all nationalities but don’t expect to find bacon or sausage, it is Turkey! If you want to get out and about there is a shopping area across the way from the hotel, or you can walk the many roads and find out of the way shops. There is a shuttle bus outside of the hotel as you come onto the main road which will take you to Side town, old town to see the ruins and the lovely boating area or the new town. You can also get a bus to Manavgat, Monday has a market which is just over the big yellow bridge, or Thursday which is just after Mac’s and turn right at the lights. These are huge markets with food and clothing and you get to see the farmers selling their wares, along with items you’d never see in the uk. You can go on trips, there are sellers everywhere but we chose to book a jeep safari through “Bookfromlocals” online who were much cheaper and officiant and we didn’t pay until pickup. Overall we have enjoyed this holiday, yes the entertainment could be better and they do need to bring some in from outside, but this team is new and finding their feet, and I’m sure they’ll make it a success.

The hotel staff are brilliant. The hotel is really nice except for its proximity to the mosque opposite (we were woken up at 4.45am every morning by the loudspeaker boosted call to prayer) and a really busy road running behind the hotel with 24/7 traffic noise. There is also abuilding site across the road, but not unduly noisy during our stay. The room was fine except we paid extra for a pool view and were right above the entertainment outdoor stage and pool music area. The entertainments team are totally inconsiderate in terms of both the unnecessarily loud volume of music played nearly all day and up to 11pm at night and the nature of the music - all club music which makes the day resemble a third class Ibiza clubland or a fifth rate Creamfields. (they make no adjus**ent for their audience, when we were there the average age of guests was middle aged to older - not the age groups that are really in to that style (or volume) of music. The food in the Restaurant is excellent, although not necessarily mainstream. We always had good, really enjoyable meals and the staff and service they provided were brilliant., as were the the bar staff. We probably wouldn't go again though because of the mosque and the awful entertainments music, which is a shame because overall we did really like many other aspects of the hotel

Fiyatına göre güzel bir otel. Sahile shuttle var yürümeyi seviyorsaniz uzak değil. Yemekler lezzetli, her akşam et yemeği oluyor. Meyve suları toz karışım bunu bilerek gelin. Yatakları ve yastıkları rahat, odalar geniş. Ickiler düşük alkollü olmalı ne kadar içsek de hic etkilemedi. Çerez istedik bir baktık çerezleri eliyle dolduruyor. Kürekle doldurmak zor olmasa gerek. Çay kıpkırmızı ama lezzeti yok. Genel olarak memnun kaldık.

I can't fault the hotel the food is good and most of staff are really friendly, but on a sour note upon arrival our cases were taken up to the room and we were told the safe needed reset wich wasn't a problem as I had all my cash in my wallet, the mrs was going for a massage and she took off her white gold diamond solitaire necklace and popped it into my bag that was in the wardrobe that was on the Friday 3rd may, when she went to get it back out of my bag on the Sunday it wasn't there so we went down to reception to report it there was a travel rep there who interpreted for us the reception said they would ask questions so we went back Sunday night and it was like it had never been reported so we went back again on the Tuesday and same thing again as if it hadn't been reported so someone came upto our room and said the cleaning manager would come and see us we sat for about 30 minutes and no one turned up I will go back again today Wednesday but I'm not holding my breath as the language barrier isn't great the piece of jewellery that's gone missing was a Chris**as present to my mrs that cost around £360 so what started off as a nice holiday as turned into a bad 1 so be careful what you leave lying around in your room, you shouldn't really have to put things in a safe there's not many people have access to your room other than cleaners

Great Hotel... The staff were all very friendly & helpful.. Room lovely & clean..Safe & fridge in room.. Food good... Drinks good... Pool area lovely & clean.. Shuttle bus to beach every 10 mins.. Only went to beach once has we like the pool... Few shops in the hotel which all had thing in for a good price.. I would definitely recommend this hotel & would visit again.. Short walk out to shops from hotel....
