Can Garden Resort Hotel

This hotel is amazing. The levels of detail and quality given to every aspect is brilliant. Stayed for two weeks end of July beg of Aug with 5yo. Lots of coffee machines around, a fantastic terrace bar and lovely pool and a quiet pool. Great service from 99% of the bar staff, restaurant staff are brilliant too. The food was varied, fresh and tasty, with something different each night, based on a theme. Jacket potato’s for lunch are also great! The entertainment team are led and managed well. The evening entertainment has been some of the best I’ve witnessed since doing AI, there was pretty much something different every night across the two weeks, the only events that were repeated were a singer/band in the terrace bar, but she was very good and a DJ night on the same place, but again very good and had everyone up dancing, the other types of evening events including your usual magician, dancing acts, bingo, and a family fun evening with inflatables and foam! The only gripes I would have would be that the room is small with a tiny balcony, and that the daytime events are repetitive with not much for the younger children if they did not want to go to mini club. The daytime events consisted of aqua aerobics, yoga, darts and water polo. A bit more variety and games for all guests to partake in would be better. It would also be beneficial to have some fans installed in the terrace bar as it does get hot and humid up there in the evening. It is a very German orientated/dominated hotel but the team do speak English, as best they can and try to include everyone in events, although some of the normal chat/jokes are done in German so goes over our heads Definitely would return as it was a nice place . No need to save sunbeds as there are plenty with a man going around taking some towels off if not used after a while

Great Hotel, all staff went that extra mile. Majority of guests were German but entertainment team made sure we were included in all activities. Food was excellent, plenty to choose from. Beach 5 mins away, minibus provided. Would go back.

If your English don't bother going you are made to feel invisible we felt very discriminated by some of the staff hotel is full of Germans who were mostly pleasant to us but certain staff members didn't want to know. But the worst thing for me was looking at my 13 yr old sons face on his birthday 🎂 when no one wished him a happy birthday BTW they knew I messaged guest relations manager back in April to ask if something special could be done he got grapes two apples and some bananas had the cheek to leave a picture of birthday cake and forks and plates then the following day the German's got a big sing song tables later cake balloons the lot absolutely furious jet2 should remove this hotel all together literally felt bullied

Excellent hotel & facilities, helpful staff, very clean, room cleaned every day, we missed out on extending our room which was disappointing but the bye bye lounge was really good and did the job, food on the main site very good, pools were spot on and the beach bar and the private beach were excellent along with the food, night time entertainment wasnt the best in my opinion but would definitely recommend this hotel

We stayed at the Can Garden resort for 11 days with our family of 10. The staff were extremely friendly and always happy to help. The hotel is spotlessly clean in all areas. Our maid was the most lovely lady and always had a smile and tried very hard to communicate with us. Our room was overlooking the pool with slides which was a little noisy but it didn't really disturb us. The bathroom was in need of an upgrade and had a bath with shower over it which was a little difficult being older. The pool area was lovely with a pool bar and we always found a sunlounger but had to get up early to reserve them. Bit annoying that some people reserved beds but then went to the beach and didn't come back until late in the afternoon. The beach is clean, with a beach boy that worked so hard keeping it spotless. There is a beach bar & a beach restaurant which served good food with lovely views. The beach may be a problem if you have mobility problems as there are quite a few steps down to it. There is a small curtesy bus which runs regularly from the hotel to the beach all day. The only down side to this hotel is the fact there are very few British. We were always greeted in German and signs were in German. Some people that joined in with entertainment team found it difficult as everyone was speaking German & they didn't know what was going on. All in all a lovely hotel which we would be happy to return to.

Arrived late at night, night porter was lovely and helped with our cases to the room, rooms were clean. A good range of food available and a restaurant on the beach which is also included. We tried to book in the À la cart restaurant and told we can only book in 930am till 1130am, so I went down at 930am to book in, to be told it’s full, I said how can it be full at 930am Mrs Tuns said I tell you everyday and put her hands on her head and said don’t you understand, talking to myself like I was thick, Mrs Tuna made me feel very uncomfortable and this was in front of other guests. I asked to speak to the manager, who apologised and was very lovely, and understanding. Managed to get us booked in for that night, Mrs Tuna said it was full but on the night it had about 8 tables free. It’s a shame such a rude lady works in such a great and lovely hotel, other staff were lovely, but I suppose you always get one.

Just returned from a week's stay here. All of the staff are amazing and a credit to the hotel especially the cleaners. All the staff attempt to speak english to you or will get another member of staff to assist you if they can't. Rooms are lovely and the air-conditioning is a godsend. The fresh room towels daily were a lovely touch. Food is lovely but not much for young kids. Lots on offer entertainment wise in the day but nighttime was not for our liking. Yes there were a lot of Germans but 90% of them were lovely. The only downside of this hotel is be prepared to do the sunbed dash at 7am everyday a lot of the beds were reserved but noone came to them all day. The shop onsite was a lifesaver after running into a spot of bother with locals at the local bazaar we decided to not leave the complex for shopping again and did all our gift shopping there.

A great hotel, that provided excellent food and service. Cleaner was lovely room always spotless, grounds impeccable, pool lovely and water tested every morning. It was our daughters birthday at our stay and we put her cards up and a banner and the cleaner made up the bed with 2 swans and a love heart with pettles around the sheets a lovely jeshter. The only problem with the hotel is that Towels are placed on beds and left most of the day unattended. Reception some were friendly all staff make this hotel spotlessly clean bins emptied every 5mins I would recommend this hotel but there's not much around the surrounding area outside the hotel.

It was our first time in Turkey and we had a lovely time. The staff were fantastic, the hotel was very clean and staff always on hand cleaning up. Rooms a little dated but very clean and had everything we needed, our cleaner did a superb job every day. Lots to do and the food and service was good. The A la carte restaurant was fabulous, we visited for both the fish night and the Turkish meat night and both were fantastic. If you wanted a sun bed you need to get to the pool for 7am each morning as mostly Germans were claiming the beds so it became a ‘if you can’t beat them join them situation’. There is a mini bus which runs every 5-10 mins to the beach which is only a few minutes away and there is a restaurant which is part of the all inclusive too with beach views which was lovely. There was entertainment on daily however all delivered in German, also the entertainment wasn’t great and needs a review. Overall a lovely holiday.
