Apart Hotel Selenza

住房的設定很好，但是早餐我不太適應，因為是三明治，可能是疫情的原因，早餐是送房間的，另外就是床頭沒有紙巾，比較不方便

Staff was awful. Terrible customer service. Reception woman Brenda was ignorant and does not have any customer service skills. Should have read the reviews prior to booking the hotel. Although hotel is in a good area, staff does not know how to treat hotel clients. Hotel also has plumbing problems as there was water on the bathroom floor from the toilet.

Upon arrival my on-line reservation was ignored, had to start all over. The shower drain was clogged , I asked for a room change, the request was denied in the most unrespectful way. I then asked to talk to the manager, at 10am, in the .morning last Saturday, the clerk indicated that the manager had left for the day. They didn't even unclog the drainage system, so I had to live with it at a rate of 50USD a day. Dirt and residue from prior usage came out from the drain to the surface. Asked for room cleaning, bread crumbs from the breakfast were still in the room, and towels left all over the place (read below). By the way, they force you into their one-size-fits-all breakfast, they don't even offer a dinning room , breakfast is served at your room, you don't get to choose an earlier time other than 8am. Al checkout, wether you are in a rush to the airport or not, they stop you in the most rude and unpolite way, so somebody needs to check you did not wreak havoc the premises or took a hotel accessory. I have never, ever, experienced something like this before, not even in backpackers hostels, most people treat travellers very well in Bolivia. BUT NOT AT SELENZA apart hotel, located at Portales Ave and Santa Cruz intersection, Cochabamba. The bathroom towels of the previous day were left unchanged, I had to ask for an additional soap bar...etc . Simply put: Selenza Apart Hotel in Cochabamba, gives Bolivia a bad name. I would NEVER recommend this place to anybody.

Excellent place to stay when traveling to Cochabamba. Neat apart hotel, the manager is always ready to help with any inquiries. Highly recommended.

Place was not clean. I would not be surprised they if they did not even change the sheets. Free breakfast was included, but they could not provide one for me at 7:55AM.

Un desatre de hotel, por que despues de hacer mi check out, me cobran 100 bs. por persona que me visito, por toallas manchadas 80 bs. y al reclamar por estos cobros, la administradora y empleados, agreden a mi esposa a mi y al taxista.

Ofrecen desayuno y estacionamiento. Buen trato. Casi olvide mis audífonos y recepción corrió a entregarmelos!!

El personal del hotel fue muy amable, todo esta muy limpio y el desayuno fue muy bueno, sin embargo, a las 6 de la mañana encendieron la bomba de la piscina que hace un ruido insoportable.

No tienen opción para pagar con tarjeta, tuve que salir a buscar un A** para sacar dinero y pagar en efectivo Las cortinas (oscuras) no cerraban Me quisieron cobrar por unas manchas (nórmales) de maquillaje al agua y por unas marcas en el edredón , me castigaron un día sin toallas en el baño de mis hijos por esta razón, cuando pedi hablar con el gerente o el supervisor me dijeron que era fin de semana y que no había nadie a cargo mas que la recepcionista y la camarera (por cierto la camarera tenia mas preparación y criterio) Su desayuno si bien te suben a la habitación es muy básico Fue una experiencia terrible, no solo para mi, si no también para otros huéspedes que vi como a la hora de hacer check out tenían el mismo problema por marcas en las toallas No lo recomiendo para nada No volvería aun si me dieran gratis
