Did not like the room we got, stayed 6 nights, was hoping for room with better view.
Ask for better room on arrival but the lady who checked us in didn't do any effort.( dont remember her name) she almost overcharged me $200.
Rest of the staff very nice and friendly.

This place was great. Staff and rooms were beautiful and very well clean. My only disappointment was the fitness room. Treadmill didn't work at all. Ellipical has not been maintained and was rusty and hard to move. Ended up doing a workout in our room off of our phones.

The elevator was out of service until December 14 and felt we should have been notified. As per water front building code no lower floor only second and third. Lucky I’m able to climb 2flights of stairs with luggage. Rooms being remodeled and work on my floor started at 7:30

The hotel was nice. Everyone was super nice. Our room was suitable for our family the only thing was the pull out couch was in rough shape. Other than that the beds were comfortable

This was a stopover to visit friends. Stayed hear here last year during there renovation. We were impressed by how nice it turned out. Felt like a brand new hotel . Will plan on staying here next time we come to town.

Mold on shower ceiling. Room was nicely decorated but old property and very apparent in elevators.

As always every time I come there the staff is excellent kind courteous the place is clean nice atmosphere and love the chocolate chip cookies on Friday and Saturday

The staff was extremely friendly and very accommodating. The room was super clean and extremely comfortable for our stay. We definitely will be back!

I stay there quite a few times and it seems like it just gets better every time we come the place is adorable atmosphere friendly nice quiet the staff is polite courteous and the thing to top it off is the chocolate chip cookies on Fridays and Saturdays hell yeah nice love you guys
